I only created the account a few hours ago, and based on customer reviews, I said it was the best online casino, but it turns out it was one of the worst casinos I've ever signed up for. First, there was no customer service!!! Secondly, there is no response to the email!! You must create a ticket and you must wait to be contacted!!!! Third, I have made a deposit since I created the account and it has not arrived yet. I have completed 6 hours and the deposit has not arrived and no response to the email. Finally, customer service responded to my message and told me that you will receive my money back within days!!!! 😄

I give one star because they managed eventually to get the withdraw paid according their terms and conditions even if it took almost the max amount of time that they state.

There is absolutely minimal amount of deposit options. Games crash and play in very weird way i dont know how they work so badly at this site. Chat support feels like badly programmed bot. You should expect zero help there no mather what the issue or manner is.
Their bonus program is the worst that ive ever seen. Even if you lose large amount of money you receive absolutely none. Deposit bonus wins are capped and i mean capped in very unfair way. Please check t&c, if remember correctly 5x bonus or something. Site is laggy and does not even load sometimes. Weird redirections when you make deposit.
Also their responsible gambling tools are the most bizarre ive ever seen.
If you want to close your account for lets say period of one month. You cant. Here is their official reply when i asked this back in a day:

- From 6 months to 1 year you can set in 72 hours (it is necessary, you haven’t made the bets more than 72 hours);
Firstly you should set the blocking on 3 days. After that, in 3 days, if you haven’t made the bets, the blocking for 1 year will be available for you. Blocking for 1 year is available only for verified players.”

You can make them to close your account permantly via email, but it seems from my experience that they might open it again when they feel like it.

1 - Has it own roulette where you can play only 1 cent. Has a lot of games that you can play, but not a lot of offers like a lot of pages do have.
2 - Easy to verify at first.

1 - Very bad support. They only copy and paste messages and almost never understand the problem of the player
2- Delays payments
3- Changes conditions and does not notify. (so at the terms and conditions right now it says that I can withdraw 10 dollars but if I try to withdraw I have to withdraw minimum 25 dollars).
