Tournament prize $500 has not been paid


Hello, I am asking you for help!

On February 20, the Casino Ground Collaborations tournament ended, in which I won a prize with a win of $500. The money for the win has not yet been credited to me.

The support suggests just continuing to wait, although it has already been 3 weeks since the winnings were supposed to be credited, the support does nothing and does not say any deadline.

I hope for your assistance in solving this problem!
