Tournament prize has not been paid

Hello. I am writing to you with a problem. Riobet casino hosted a tournament called "Xmas time" from GameArt, in which I took first place with a prize of 7000 euros. The tournament ended on 12/9/2021, but at the moment the casino still hasn't paid me a prize. Calls to support do not lead to anything, they answer with standard phrases. More than 10 days have passed. I ask you to help understand this situation.

Deposit delayed for 9 days

I made my deposit (918€) on 28.05.2025 8:32 AM, and its still not credited to my casino account, its been 9 days now.

This is what they keep saying me:
The response from the payment system has not yet arrived. For our part, we regularly send repeated requests to speed up the verification process. But we cannot influence the work of the payment system.

Withdrawal failed couple times

I have problem with withdrawal my money already 16 days.

I was declined twice by riobet with out any reason. and when i contacted customer service all i hear is your request still on review and keep waiting for your funds.

I have tried withdrawal by card,skrill, crypto.

No luck it feels like I just get ignored.

Now i have split requested withdrawal to card crypto skrill for them. But still no luck as they have promised on they’re website withdrawal max in 3 day.

Payment refused by the casino

Another attempt to resolve my problem with riobet, it's been 15 days and I still haven't received an answer about my problem, they still claim that they have no information or response from the provider and that my bets have not yet been investigated, there is no way to believe this I have been arguing for so long that I need my money, it seems to me that they are stalling so as not to pay my winnings.

I have been waiting since 04/13/2024 for my problem to be resolved.

The deposit has not been credited for 9 days

On 04/12/2024 I made a deposit of 10,000 rubles, which is about $107. The deposit has not yet been replenished in the casino account. I contacted support via chat 7 times during this time. They answer that they have problems with the gateway, but this has been going on for a very long time. Early deposits were credited in a couple of minutes. I have a bank transfer receipt, but I don’t see the option to attach files in this form. This receipt was submitted in support of the casino and they have it in their possession.

Tournament prize $500 has not been paid

Hello, I am asking you for help!

On February 20, the Casino Ground Collaborations tournament ended, in which I won a prize with a win of $500. The money for the win has not yet been credited to me.

The support suggests just continuing to wait, although it has already been 3 weeks since the winnings were supposed to be credited, the support does nothing and does not say any deadline.

Hello, I already tried to contact their support without a satisfying result. Riobet hosts a tournament every week from sunday till sunday. I started playing the first few days, but then on wednesday I got the message that my account was blocked due to geo limitations (which is a pity, but I understand their reasoning etc.) so I couldn't play anymore unfortunately. However I still managed to play a bit in the days I was still allowed and when I watched the results of the tournament on sunday, I saw I was still 5th and got 28mBTC. I tried to log in to withdraw this amount, but I couldn't due to these geo limitations and after this I contacted my account manager and support with the result that they won't give the money. I think I should receive the prize from the tournament because when I played, my country was not yet restricted and I hope maybe askgamblers could help me.

Delayed withdrawal

By this time i have not received 700 euro and the difference between 743 eur and 743usd, and they are not doing anything for more than a month.

I had 2183 eur on my riobet account on 18 october. Casino has some restrictions on withdrawals and i had issues previously (big amount wasnt paid and was returned to balance, but later was paid by pieces) so decided to withdraw in increments On 19 october I requested 700 eur withdrawal (no3491838776at casino) to my card - the only payment method on account. I succesfully received withdrawals to this card previously from riobet, but this withdrawal never reached my account. I contacted support on 25 october about this , they asked for scrins and statements, i sent that and by this time all i got is "we will contact financial department about that". Transaction marked as completed on riobet site. Also on 23 october i created a withdrawal 3507999281 for 743 euro (as previous transaction was shown as completed on site ), it was cancelled by casino and reinstalled on 27 october by them, but instead of 743 euro i received 743 USD (by visa direct) which is significantly less. My balance at riobet now 740 eur.
