I have requested a withdrawal of $500, five business days ago, on the 6th of December. Since then it is still in pending and no one will say anything more than, "Your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible." All of my documents are verified, my credit card voucher is verified, and the money was won after I made a real cash deposit. This is terrible treatment and I am shocked at this. No one will give me any answers and the live chat operators are often rude (though some have been nice but still just give me the runaround).
