I started playing in the month of March. Gave them all documents for verification. As per their website my verification status was completed successfully.
They have denied all my withdrawal requests since March except the every first one that I did withdraw more $100 for testing purposes and that was approved as was a very tiny amount.
Let me tell you all.
All these bets were using my cash balance only. I never play with bonus due to wagering requirements.
I have $28000 sitting in my account that I won purely on cash bets with Live Casino dealers.
Given literally every document to them, that they may scam my identity one day.
This time I was expecting that my $4000 withdrawal request should go through without any doubt as I have given everything they asked for and they have no reason not to fulfill my request.
Guess what! I was wrong. They cancelled my withdrawal request again as my account has been randomly chosen for a Verification Process. No doubt they are sending this to everyone. This is what they wrote in their email:

It took me over a month to receive my withdrawal of winnings for something that could’ve been processed after no more then two weeks. I joint and made several deposits. Decided to try withdrawal function. After a struggle of half a day it was approved on 4 October. Then it went blank. Ignored several times on live chat.
