Rich Casino - Refusal Winnings Dispute

I am disputing RichCasino’s decision to not approve withdrawal on the total amount of my recent winnings. I will provide screenshots from my RichCasino reconciliation page and the relevant Terms & Conditions from their User Agreement which outlines what is and isn’t a considered a bonus.

I’ll briefly explain the relationship between RichCasino and myself, and the events that led up to them refusing my winnings valued at $26,271 AUD.

I have had vip status with Rich Casino for quite a while and currently am the highest level they offer to players. I have an agreement with Ron the VIP Manager that for all deposits under 2000 I receive 20% cash back and anything over 50%. In the event I have incurred considerable loses he will manually apply real cash to my account. On the 26th of July 2022 I had made enough deposits for him to approve 300AUD “Real Cash”. This adjustment has the same classification as “Cash-back Bonuses” described in section 3.14. of their Bonus Rules.

I have never had any wagering requirements or max bet size on these Real Cash additions which could only ever be approved by Ron. They would always be added to my cash balance and I have never requested deposit bonuses due to the fact wagering requirements, bet and win limits would then apply to my winnings.

I have won several times with these Real Cash Additions in the past where I successfully withdrew LTC valued at roughly 2000AUD.

Also I had asked the question countless times if there was wager, bet or win limits on these additions and was always told there are no terms and conditions associated as it is “Real Cash” and not a bonus. And I’ll prove that in the screenshots that follow.

Please note that in the Reconciliation screenshots the 300 in which the disputed winnings came from does not appear in “Bonus Awarded” or “Bonus Detail” but in the “Manual Adjustment” section alongside cash back defined as a “Monetary Reward based on real loses”. Ron would not ever apply these Real Cash additions if I hadn’t made any deposits. And the amount he would add would be based off my deposit activity. Nowhere in their User Agreement or Terms and Conditions does it pertain to “Cash Bonus” that is based off my deposits which has no wager or bet size limit and a max withdrawal of 500. He has picked sections from multiple sub-parts and applied them all in his favour to avoid paying me.

Top reviews from our players

Over the last week I had a lot going on that made it so I couldn’t concentrate and write a review. All is well now so I am going to get back to business. Just like a TV show each individual episode has a title, so I think I’m going to give each of my reviews a title. This one is going to be called: “Honesty is the best policy, but make sure you know the policy”. Why do we gamble? Why does anyone gamble? Granted it may be at times to blow off steam, or to get your mind off of everyday life issues, but that is not why a person starts gambling in the first place. The reason we start to gamble is the chance to win big, get that big score, visions of grandeur sitting on a beach in some tropical paradise, after flying In on your private jet, sipping on a $1000 bottle of wine or champagne, for no other reason other than you can. Sorry to go GA on everyone there lol, but look at all of the attention this 600+ million Mega Millions has received. You here TV announcers talk about it, news channels, announcers during sports games, and I even saw a segment during a news show that interviewed a guy who has won the lotto like 6 times, and the “Science behind it”, “never do quick pick, and never pick a combination thathas previously been picked”. The power ball and mega millions have gone over 100, 200, 300 million many times in the past, which if 99.99999999999999999% of the population won would be plenty satisfied, but never nearly as much attention as this.

Now you might be thinking, what does this have to do with Rich Casino? I’m going to get to that in a bit. Rich Reels has the same plain old software that all Top Game has, the same annoying process of having to log off, then log off again because it stays logged in, in the background of your computer, and you have to exit again, they send me the same email every day about how if I deposit I’m entered into some raffle for $500, and they have they annoying support that top game casinos usually have. On this occasion I had to contact support about the free chip, AskGamblers has a 20$ free chip you can get here:http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1038. I was followed up with the offer;” if you deposit 25 I’ll give you $50”, and I was in the chatting mood so I went through my normal range of questions: What is the play through? What games are allowed, and which aren’t? Is the bonus cashable, and finally I ended with, what is the max cash out? He replied “10x what you deposit.” I asked so even if I make the play through on a $25 deposit I can only cash out $250? He said yes, I replied with well then if I am going to deposit I will do it without a match offer. Now here is where my introduction and title comes into play, he says to me even if you don’t take a match offer, it’s still 10x your deposit the max cash out. That took me by surprise, I had never heard of a casino capping a deposit bonus free, let alone 10x. So I asked him a hypothetical, so if I won $1000, off a $25, deposit, that means I would have to deposit $75 more to withdrawal it rite? He says “No, whatever winning you made off the original deposit, can’t be withdrawn by another deposit. At this point I was very confused, I wasn’t messing with the guy, I was asking serious buying questions, and it was like he trying to prevent from depositing there. I asked him this, “So you’re telling me if I hit a $1,000,000 jackpot at your casino I would’ve had to deposit 100 grand in order to withdrawal it all? He goes well I guess so. I never actually went back to research if that was indeed the policy, for 1 well 2 reasons, the first being if the support at this casino didn’t know how to respond to the most basic of questions with the correct answer there was no way I would ever spend a dime there, the second being if that indeed was the case, that I could only withdraw 10x on a bonus free deposit, I would never deposit there.

Going back to what I said at that beginning about gamblers, Most people would love it if they made an 1000% profit off their deposit, but the fact that there was no chance of making that “Big Win” we all hope to get, was an instant turnoff.I have two ratings for this casino. The first one is being if the support was actually telling me the truth and that is indeed their policy I give them a 6/10, a whole 1.5 points for being honest, because obviously Top Game doesn’t have the greatest of reputations for being honest.

The second rating is if that guy had no clue about what he was talking about id give them a: 3/10, and a generous 3 at that, if there is one thing I can’t stand is incompetence, especially if it involved bringing in new business to my company. I have fired people for lying to get a sale, and I have fired people who were incompetent and didn’t know the question to a customer’s answer, and didn’t bother to ask a manager or me or any other team leader what the proper answer was. Whether it’s the CEO of a company down to the new guy who is just getting started, and everyone in between, they all represent your company. This is something I firmly believe and was instilled in me by some very successful people. One deal, one client, will never make or break you, but if you leave a bad taste in their mouth, especially in this day and age when information can spread as fast as a person can type and as far as the internet reaches, can bring you down. So I never tolerated mis-informing clients or mis-leading them, at the end of the day the guy who screws over 3 people that week makes 3 sales and lives an average life. The guy who was honest helpful, but didn’t get the sale, gets 5 sales through referral business or more which turns into 25 referrals and before you know it you have a book of clients. I’ll tell you guy’s a short story that’s a bit off topic, I was doing door to door sales a while back, and it was an appointment that a co-worker set up. He never showed up for work that day so I went and did it for him. It was a sweet older woman, very involved with her church, and I’m not talking a small town church, I’m talking about a massive 3000-5000 member gospel church. I gave her the product at cost and didn’t make a dime that day, and she knew I didn’t she tipped me $20, and she legitimately loved the product. I kid you not within the next month the company altogether had about 100 people set up appointments through her referrals, and about 75 sold, the church bought 5, the pastor bought 2, and I had about 40 of those sales, all because I treated one person rite.I could have easily made 800 off her that day, instead I made about 11-12,000 that month (unfortunately I was active with drugs so my dealer, and the NY Lotto got most of it lol) but it goes show you how if you do good by your customers they will do good by you.

Who knows, maybe if that guy tells me otherwise I end up playing at that site, and become a loyal depositor, giving them a good review, instead I’m here left with a bad taste in my mouth writing a bad review, on a very popular website, which could potentially cause them money in future business.
