Rich Casino is another Top Game casino I joined over the years. The main and only reason I join these casinos is because of their no deposit bonus offers. So far I have only made 2-3 deposits in these casinos.

When I joined this casino I think they were offering a 20$ no deposit bonus. I think the wager was a high 75 x bonus, but you can’t argue for the terms when you get something for free. Anyway I decided to make an account and try the games. Everything went well and after I entered the bonus code in the cashier the money was added to my balance. I started off with the first game I ever played in Top Game software, it was Diablo 13. I stayed here for over an hour and managed to get my balance up to 40 euros. I always enjoy playing this game and it brings back a lot of memories.

Anyway after that I decided to try another game I played a long time ago and it is Treasures of the Pharaohs. This is an old 15 line slot which has brought me some descent wins in the past. I started playing here on a 0.30 bet and I got a few bonus rounds. After that I raised my bet to 0.90 had a few descent 5 of a kind wins and soon my balance was over 100 euros. I was really happy with this and decided to contact live chat support to see how far I was with the wager and what was the max cashout from the bonus.

You can imagine my disappointment when the operator told me that I can’t cashout from this bonus. I could cashout from the bonus if I had a previous deposit. I didn’t see that rule anywhere before so I decided to close the casino and never came back again.

Either you are giving either not, why would I deposit 50$ to get 100$, although I doubt that I will wager the bonus, which was X 75, there is a lot of playing here, maybe all day!

At first I found their games quite good after depositing few times it was impossible to ever win yet alone make a playthrough. I also referred a friend to this casino but what happened with my friend is they gave her a welcome sign up offer of 50$ freechip then once she played the playthrough she asked about cashout. They told her to deposit for verification purpose without any question that seemed fair enough. Once she deposited there was no match added she had thought to cashout the 50$ freechip since she had made playthrough, these guys at Rich casino said she can't withdraw since the 50$ freechip has wagering requirements, she argued with them explaining, it was an sign up freechip bonus which was already wagered out. They wouldn't let her cashout that chip. So she took a match and lost. To me that's a fraudulent casino had that been me i would make sure the guys are out of the good list and on rogue listings.
Truth be told my friend let them get away with that since shes too kind hearted, not to waste anyone time.

Here at this casino and I noticed the same at all other topgame software casinos, is all in common is their software is very low quality and that's why they offer big matches of 300% - 500%. Rich casino needs to also be more current to their players offering freespins or freebies which have lower wagering and allow them to cashout from these freebies. They need to lower the match bonuses wager as well then more successful happy players will continue to deposit. Some of these online casinos never offer freechips to depositors and how will they get the player back in their casino. Right they never think about that, I sure would come back if I was always offered a freechip to comeback with a low wagering match bonus. Wow there I would be in heaven lol
