Ridiculous redemption process. Won a measly 100 bucks and literally being strung around with lame excuses. Was asked to verify a debit card I've used for two years and didn't ask for a debit card redemption I opted for the supposed to be quicker Skrill redemption. They act like a spoiled little child, mad because i was able to cash out 100 on there free play. So it's been four days and I'm still waiting.

There is nothing to like when the simple concept of paying money is easy but getting your money back has hurdles.

I suppose the positive of the website is that the logout button is easy to find. The only one you should use if you happen to make the mistake of signing up.

Typical sketchy "social casino". Will take as low as a dollar from you in an instant, however, they've got a 50 minimum for gift cards and 100 for cash out, essentially keeping your money stuck on the website. At the moment NOTHING. When I started playing and spending so much I made VIP quickly and the host Oliver was very personable. Made me trust what he said and trust type site. When I was losing Oliver was right there in minutes of me sending the email. But when I won and had difficulty redeeming it was days before I got a response and by then too late.

The deception and lack of communication I spent a whole lot of money here and finally won enuf to redeem. I tried and was unable. I emailed and emailed and got no response until a couple of days later. That was too late. My second attempt to redeem went thru. The third one broke the camels back. They refused to send my money because I wouldn't fill out a w9. I wouldn't because the amount was beneath the 600 limit. I was already verified yet they wanted the docs again. I finally got frustrated and canceled my redemption. Which was exactly why they were doing what they did. This pretty much ruined Christmas. I thought I had 599 on the way and was conned.

They give out a good amount of free SC to VIP customers. The platform is easy to navigate, and the game selection is ok. Other than that, I can’t think of anything I like.

Customer service is abysmal. I had won 3,000 sc and when I went to redeem they asked for a copy of a card I used. The card happened to be a gift card, but luckily I had a copy of it in my photos. They did not accept the pictures and never responded to my requests for help. Terrible experience. I would not recommend them unless you don’t care about redeeming.

Everything you said doesn't match what is has been for me. Lets see if they fix the issue and give me my money back so i can see if all that was true. As of right now all I can remember is the cash was charging me double here and there
really made me think twice and wonder if their games software is credible.
As I said if they fix the issue I would gladly take another look and give my honest opinion for now its been a month and no response. Support is nice but again waiting for response.
