Help to receive payout
I submitted a request for redemption in the amount of $300.00 USD on the evening of June 27th. I have been a loyal and consistently paying customer with RealPrize for over 18 months. I have submitted and completed redemptions with them in the past (only 2 at this point in time) and have long since been fully verified. I have purchased coin packages via Skrill while playing on RealPrize 6-8 times. I am particularly referencing the times where I used Skrill as the payment method because this (Skrill) was also the option I elected to use for my redemptions. I use Skrill on a daily basis in three other online gaming platforms and not once have I ever had to wait more than 12-24 hours.
I have sent 14 emails in total to RealPrize, both to the payments department and the support department. Not once have I received anything approaching minimal decency in the form of a response. In regards to these 14 emails, I have received the automated response that goes out to anyone who contacts them and essentially gives you a number so that you can go to the back of the line and repeat the process all over again.
There hasn’t been one single occasion where I used my own money to purchase any one of the coin packages via Skrill referenced above, that it wasn’t received instantly by the casino. If they can accept my money in instantaneous fashion, then I refuse to wait another minute to receive my money from them with all things being considered. I have absolutely no semblance of a problem whatsoever in saying just how absurd this is. As a matter of fact, until I receive my payment, I will be coming back here and to every other public review forum to submit as many complaints as I am permitted to submit. This is ridiculous.
Had I received anything in the form of or anything approaching decency from this casino, I wouldn’t give this sort of thing a second of thought. As I said, however, that begins to change and become something else entirely when I continue to find myself in a situation where I am not at all being reciprocated for the money spent, the time and effort expended in detailing 14 emails, etc.
I just want standards to be applied across the board…and I do mean equally. I don’t quite understand what the disconnect is and why it’s even there to begin with. Do these companies/businesses just honestly not think that they should do things as commonplace as ensuring fairness to the customers who entrusted them with their own time and time again?
Please have my money sent to me. I genuinely am done with asking how high when these people say jump.
