This is twice in 30 day period that they delay my redemption they say it is for safety and compliance check they just did the same thing last month.Now its been over five days and no redemption. I just received the latest email ten minutes ago stating It is still being processed. They did the same thing last month first they ask for a picture of the card that I've used since I started playing on there platform
