Closed account and no redemption

Casino closed my account after large winning I deposited 29.99 on casino and won 1,394 on casino games and was waiting on redemption for 4 days I wrote support and asked them if I wasn’t going to be paid out I would have to file a complaint so they closed my account after I sent a message to support asking where my redemption was , they should not have closed my account and kept all of my winnings after I have won fairly .

I submitted a request for redemption in the amount of $300.00 USD on the evening of June 27th. I have been a loyal and consistently paying customer with RealPrize for over 18 months. I have submitted and completed redemptions with them in the past (only 2 at this point in time) and have long since been fully verified. I have purchased coin packages via Skrill while playing on RealPrize 6-8 times. I am particularly referencing the times where I used Skrill as the payment method because this (Skrill) was also the option I elected to use for my redemptions. I use Skrill on a daily basis in three other online gaming platforms and not once have I ever had to wait more than 12-24 hours.
I have sent 14 emails in total to RealPrize, both to the payments department and the support department. Not once have I received anything approaching minimal decency in the form of a response. In regards to these 14 emails, I have received the automated response that goes out to anyone who contacts them and essentially gives you a number so that you can go to the back of the line and repeat the process all over again.
There hasn’t been one single occasion where I used my own money to purchase any one of the coin packages via Skrill referenced above, that it wasn’t received instantly by the casino. If they can accept my money in instantaneous fashion, then I refuse to wait another minute to receive my money from them with all things being considered. I have absolutely no semblance of a problem whatsoever in saying just how absurd this is. As a matter of fact, until I receive my payment, I will be coming back here and to every other public review forum to submit as many complaints as I am permitted to submit. This is ridiculous.
Had I received anything in the form of or anything approaching decency from this casino, I wouldn’t give this sort of thing a second of thought. As I said, however, that begins to change and become something else entirely when I continue to find myself in a situation where I am not at all being reciprocated for the money spent, the time and effort expended in detailing 14 emails, etc.
I just want standards to be applied across the board…and I do mean equally. I don’t quite understand what the disconnect is and why it’s even there to begin with. Do these companies/businesses just honestly not think that they should do things as commonplace as ensuring fairness to the customers who entrusted them with their own time and time again?
Please have my money sent to me. I genuinely am done with asking how high when these people say jump.

I am writing to express a formal complaint regarding highly questionable practices observed within VIP level program and, more critically, redemption process from real prize casino. My experience has led me to believe their operations are designed to mislead users and prevent legitimate payouts.

Manipulated VIP Leveling System

My primary concern centers on the integrity of your VIP point accumulation and reward structure. When progressing from Silver to Gold VIP status, I received a commendable $100 bonus. However, the subsequent journey from Gold to Rose level was remarkably different and highly suspicious.

Despite investing significantly more in purchasing packages to reach Rose status, the reward received was only $30—a stark decrease of over 70% compared to the previous tier. More alarming was the stagnation of my VIP progress. I was at 96% toward Rose level, and despite purchasing multiple $100 packages over an extended period, my progress remained at 96%. I spent approximately $800 over a week, engaging in gameplay with these purchases, yet the percentage did not move. It was only after this substantial additional expenditure that my status finally updated to Rose. This strongly suggests that VIP points are being artificially manipulated or withheld to compel users to spend excessive amounts to advance.

Failure to Process Redemptions and Deceptive Practices

The issues with your redemption process are even more severe and frankly, constitute a breach of trust.

I requested a redemption of $10,000 after hitting a jackpot. For an entire week following this request, there was no communication from the support team, nor any indication that the redemption was being processed. I made repeated attempts to contact support for an update, but received no response.

Frustrated by the prolonged delay and lack of communication, I unfortunately lost the funds while continuing to play. Remarkably, the very day I lost the $10,000 jackpot—nine days after my initial redemption request—I finally received an email from them. This email stated that "there was nothing to redeem." The timing of this response, only after my funds were depleted, is highly suspect and indicates a deliberate attempt to avoid payment by delaying redemptions and waiting for users to lose their winnings.

These experiences—the demonstrably unfair VIP point system designed to extract more money, coupled with the systematic failure to process legitimate redemptions and delayed communication—lead me to conclude that this platform's operational practices are untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent.
