There is nothing in this casino to like. If you not can trust that they pay out if you win, then whats the meaning to play there even if the rest should be great. So dont choose this casino. I wish I had been warned before I start play ed there.
Lot of slots to play. Fast deposit. Unfortunately my end experience with this casino was negative. As you can read in my dislike part. I hope they improve their communication towards players.
I opened an account for the No limit City games. I made several deposits (no bonus accepted). After an evening of playing I made a withdrawal and left some play money behind (WD €200 and balance €100)
The next day I wasn't able to play and my WD was on hold. I didn't get any information from Rapid Casino via email and chat wasn't able to answer any questions.
After a week I received a €20 WD and my account seems to be closed.
They accept my deposits and than cancel everything accept a 20 euro WD. No reason given.
For me after playing many moons at different online casino's. Never accepting a bonus to be able to bonus buy this is a total disaster for me.

I seriously dislike when a casino is really fast when it comes to canceling your withdrawal, for whatever reason. And when you fix whatever they request its all of a sudden days with pending. Rapid did this. They state up to 72 hours pending, so I'm not saying they did anything wrong. In my case it took 48 hours. Compared to the top 25% casinos out there, this is very very slow.

When it comes to withdrawing your money, I hope you have patience as they will tell you in chat it's max 24 hours, but they will most likely hold your withdrawal for at least 3 days. They will just tell you that it needs a manual checkup. They are not helpful when trying to send out the money. I'm currently at the time of writing this, having a cash out pending and it's now been over 3 days, and getting told this even though I was told max. So in all I will not come back here as so many other casinos offer instant withdrawal.
