Deposit of 98 euros got deducted from my credit card 5 days ago but never booked to my account

Hi,

I have a fully verified account with Rapid casino already since about 1 year. I already made several deposits and withdrawals without issues in the past. Now on the 22nd of February 2023 I deposited 98 € which got deducted from my credit card, but wasn't booked on my account. I asked the support and I got told that they kept this money due to a deposit of 100 € which I made in October 2022 and which I received back in my credit card on the 20th of February 2022 (all communication attached).

1st: I never made a deposit to this casino on the 7th of October, which I also explained in chat and via email (bank statement & casino transaction history attached)

2nd: I never received 100 € back to my credit card, which I also explained and proofed via screenshot of my bank statement from February 2023

3rd: They just let me wait and say "investigation is ongoing" after I sent at least 5 emails and joined the chat 5 times as well, also I sent them all screenshots of the transaction at Rapid casino and my full bank statement 5(!) days ago.

We cannot provide a timeframe as it has been escalated to the payment provider and is out of our hands.
We have pushed for an answer from them several times but are still waiting to hear back!

Hi,

well, how does that involve me? or my money? You are working together with certain payment providers and you are in contract with them. NOT ME! I proofed from my end, that I havent received any money via several bbank statements and screenshots. Meaning: There is an issue between YOU and the PAYMENT PROVIDER which you are in contract with and working together. How am I the one in that szenario whos money is being withheld?
