Withdrawl not getting sent
Hi, I currently have a withdrawal pending at Rapid Casino. I have been in contact with support and was clearly told that withdrawals have a maximum limit of 24 hours before they are processed. I have now been waiting for three and a half days. Support says they have forwarded the matter, but they have said this four or five times now. They say they still haven't looked into the matter. This is just not okay. This is a withdrawal of NOK 9,000 and has been pending for three and a half days now. If the withdrawal happens to be sent before this matter is resolved, I will provide updates. But I need your help, as Rapid Casino is not being helpful and seems to be doing everything they can to not send my withdrawal.
