Hi! I have been waiting a week now for my withdraw at 5000euro. I have not used any bonus and as i can see is my identitet verified. I have wrote and asked if they need any more documents.

No answer to that. i have not recived any mail where they ask for any documents.

I have been in contact with their live-support but they just say that they cant do anything and that I just has to wait. My withdraw is still reversibel after a week. In the welcomemail I got from them was they marketting their quickly process when you made a withdrawel.

Withdrawl not getting sent

Hi, I currently have a withdrawal pending at Rapid Casino. I have been in contact with support and was clearly told that withdrawals have a maximum limit of 24 hours before they are processed. I have now been waiting for three and a half days. Support says they have forwarded the matter, but they have said this four or five times now. They say they still haven't looked into the matter. This is just not okay. This is a withdrawal of NOK 9,000 and has been pending for three and a half days now. If the withdrawal happens to be sent before this matter is resolved, I will provide updates. But I need your help, as Rapid Casino is not being helpful and seems to be doing everything they can to not send my withdrawal.

Deposit of 98 euros got deducted from my credit card 5 days ago but never booked to my account

Hi,

I have a fully verified account with Rapid casino already since about 1 year. I already made several deposits and withdrawals without issues in the past. Now on the 22nd of February 2023 I deposited 98 € which got deducted from my credit card, but wasn't booked on my account. I asked the support and I got told that they kept this money due to a deposit of 100 € which I made in October 2022 and which I received back in my credit card on the 20th of February 2022 (all communication attached).

1st: I never made a deposit to this casino on the 7th of October, which I also explained in chat and via email (bank statement & casino transaction history attached)

2nd: I never received 100 € back to my credit card, which I also explained and proofed via screenshot of my bank statement from February 2023

3rd: They just let me wait and say "investigation is ongoing" after I sent at least 5 emails and joined the chat 5 times as well, also I sent them all screenshots of the transaction at Rapid casino and my full bank statement 5(!) days ago.

Rapid casino payment delayed

I made two withdrawals over a week ago. I still don't have the money. I contacted support many times, but they just keep saying that I should wait. Today they said that there is an issue between trustly and finnish bank, I checked from trustly and there are no current issues with finnish banks. They seem to be playing time.
