Hi,
I have a fully verified account with Rapid casino already since about 1 year. I already made several deposits and withdrawals without issues in the past. Now on the 22nd of February 2023 I deposited 98 € which got deducted from my credit card, but wasn't booked on my account. I asked the support and I got told that they kept this money due to a deposit of 100 € which I made in October 2022 and which I received back in my credit card on the 20th of February 2022 (all communication attached).
1st: I never made a deposit to this casino on the 7th of October, which I also explained in chat and via email (bank statement & casino transaction history attached)
2nd: I never received 100 € back to my credit card, which I also explained and proofed via screenshot of my bank statement from February 2023
3rd: They just let me wait and say "investigation is ongoing" after I sent at least 5 emails and joined the chat 5 times as well, also I sent them all screenshots of the transaction at Rapid casino and my full bank statement 5(!) days ago.
