I made two withdrawals over a week ago. I still don't have the money. I contacted support many times, but they just keep saying that I should wait. Today they said that there is an issue between trustly and finnish bank, I checked from trustly and there are no current issues with finnish banks. They seem to be playing time.

I can see that the withdrawal was reversed back to your player's account earlier today and you requested a new one that was approved by our payments team already. You should receive the funds within a few bank days.
