Unclear Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

In early January, 2026, I came across Raging Bull Casino. It looked like fun, so I thought I would give it a try. I had never won anything playing online casinos before, so I didn't expect this experience to be any different. I used my bank debit card to make a deposit, and before long, I had won enough to meet their withdrawal minimum. They offered three methods to withdraw your winnings: Coindraw, Bitcoin, and Wire Transfer. No where did the site indicate that your method of deposit played a role in your method of withdrawal. I had never heard of Coindrsw before, and a wire transfer sounded complicated. I had a Bitcoin account already, and some experience with Bitcoin, so I chose Bitcoin as my method of withdrawal. I was surprised to read that it could take up to two or more weeks before I would receive my winnings in Bitcoin. I submitted my request on January 7th, 2026. The withdrawal request was for $227. I was so excited that I had actually won something, I made more deposits shortly after making my first withdrawal request. Before I knew it, I had won enough for another withdrawal, this time for $855. Needless to say, I was very excited. My friends laughed at me, because no one believed I had actually won, not once, but twice, and no one believed that I would actually get paid. Just like my first deposit, my second deposit was using my debit card, and my second withdrawal was using Bitcoin. I had no reason to believe that I would have any issues with either withdrawal. But to make myself feel better, I contacted their support desk to see if this was legit, and to inquire as to how much I would actually receive. The support desk agent confirmed that once approved, I would receive close to $1,000, but they were quick to point out that it could take 7-10 business days before the withdrawals would be approved, and once approved, another 7-10 days for me to receive the Bitcoin in my wallet. My biggest concern was that I may have entered my Bitcoin wallet address wrong. So over the next two weeks, I tried to be patient, but I couldn't see any updates or action to my withdrawal requests. So I contacted support again, only this time I was told that because I had used my debit card to make my deposit, my only option for withdrawal was a wire transfer to my bank. And even that wire transfer had several rules and restrictions on it. My bank didn't qualify under these rules and restrictions. So it appeared that I would never receive my winnings in Bitcoin or cash. I even attempted to open a new account with a bank that met their rules and restrictions, but that didn't work either. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. After several calls to the support desk, many times getting conflicting information, it seemed my only option was to send an email to their withdrawal team and plead my case, hoping that someone would understand that I was never told when I made my deposits or my withdrawal requests, that I would actually never get paid based on their rules. While I waited to hear back from them, I played a few other online casinos, and won, having no difficulties withdrawing my winnings and even receiving those winnings within 24 hours. I was surprised and grateful when I received notification that my first withdrawal request had been approved and it wasn't long after that notification that the winnings were in my Bitcoin account. Not long after the first withdrawal request was approved and funds deposited, I received notification that my second withdrawal request was also approved and the email stated that I should see the Bitcoin deposit for the second withdrawal in my Bitcoin wallet. Needless to say, I was again thankful. But to date, I still have not received my second Bitcoin deposit from my second withdrawal request. Now I'm being told that they granted an exception on the first withdrawal request, and that only one exception was allowed. And I am being told that the only way I would receive winnings from my second withdrawal request was a wire transfer. Very frustrating. It seems they want you to play and brag about winning stats, but you have to fight to get your winnings. Had I been told about these rules at the time I made a deposit, I would have done things much differently. I am requesting that Raging Bull Casinos pay my second withdrawal, in Bitcoin, just like their email said it was going to do when it announced to me that it had been approved.

I am filing a formal dispute regarding a withdrawal request for $1,302.56. I received an official confirmation email from Raging Bull Slots on February 3, 2026, stating that my withdrawal was successful and would be processed shortly via Bitcoin.
The funds in question were won using a "No Rules" bonus (280% Match) on a $120 deposit. Per the promotional terms, there was no playthrough requirement and no maximum withdrawal limit.
Despite this, a live chat agent has attempted to pressure me into manually canceling my withdrawal, claiming a "Coupon Liability" of $990. I am disputing this amount for the following reasons:
1. System Accounting: The casino’s own cashier interface explicitly listed $0.00 as "Not Available for Withdrawal" and allowed the full $1,302.56 to be requested as cashable funds.
2. Mathematical Discrepancy: A 280% bonus on a $120 deposit equals $336. Even if the bonus were non-cashable (sticky), the deduction should only be $336. The casino's attempt to deduct $990 is an arbitrary and unjustified claim of an additional $654.
3. Official Confirmation: I hold a timestamped email from the casino confirming the full $1,302.56 withdrawal.
The casino is currently stalling the process and using high-pressure tactics to force a cancellation of a confirmed transaction.
Desired Outcome:
I request that Raging Bull Slots honors the transaction and processes the payment to my Bitcoin wallet. If the $336 bonus must be removed as per standard "non-cashable" terms, the final payout should be $966.56. I will not accept the $990 deduction.

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a 2.5k payout. Still waiting and get told it will be there in 2 weeks. Hope it comes, very dissapointing.

The slot games are fun to play and like their tournament games

The constant hassle one receives when applying for a withdrawal. My last rejection was due to the fact that my proof of address was too old. Seems that my copy of my utility bill dated 11/30/2016 is too old for it to be acceptable. I originally sent the personal information before Christmas and was told that I had to re-submit since they had lost it. I re-submitted it back and now they are claiming its too old. Indicates to me that someone is stalling for time or they are not going to pay at all.

nothing good can be said about this casino in my opinion. Its a waste of time to talk with these chat people since they are probably told to use any kind of delay tactic that they can possibly come up with. I do like the slot games though which are RTG and that's is about the only positive thing I can say about them. Just about everything, the chat staff are useless, anything to delay withdrawals if you can get them at all. Made a deposit using bitcoin and took 45 minutes for them to process the money. I only new that it was processed because my bitcoin wallet sent me an email saying that I sent $125 to Raging Bull's address. Nothing was in my account after 1 hour. I contacted customer service and after arguing with her she manually put $125 into my account!!! What is this?

If you deposit using bitcoin, you can't withdraw with bitcoin. The only payout method is wire transfer.I should've read the reviews before depositing. $125 flushed down the toilet.

If you expect to actually get paid if you win then don't open an account with Raging Bull Casino. It's truly that simple...they do not pay out peoples' winnings. I fully expect to see this site shuttered any day now...was told most recently that we have "new owners" and it has caused some delays.....anyone playing here will not see their money, they're clearly just keeping the ship afloat as long as possible to collect as many deposits as they can before closing the doors and disappearing.

This casino is not a legitimate site...after becoming frustrated with the delays tactics for my most recent withdrawal I was told they have "new ownership" and it has caused "delays". If you look at the casino complaints for this site since January 1st, 2017 you'll see literally dozens of unresolved complaints about non-payment without even a response from the casino.

Waiting months now to get my withdraws. They never answer to the phone. I never succeed to make any withdraw in 3 attempt. Very unusual verification process.(They ask a print of your credit card, not only a copy like others). Live chat have no direct access to management. Live chat is available to help with deposit, but they will put you on hold fore ever if you ask any reason for delayed paid out.

They get 0 stars from me. Tried to withdraw $200 just before christmas last year. Sent in all of my ID verification documents and like I usually do I email to confirm they received them and that all documents are there. They responded with yes and that they'd review it and email when approved. Over the month of January I sent them multiple emails which went unanswered until I showed my frustration. Then they said it was in the hands of the finance department and once they approve it I will be notified. Another Two weeks went by I emailed three different accounts, one being the accounts team, another the customer service and the other being a VIP account manager. I got a response two days later saying that they approved my withdrawal (BUT OF $130)?? And it is now March I STILL haven't received a cent.

They have non-existing responsible gaming facilities. There is no information about responsible gambling on the website either. Some of the staff do not know what 'self-exclusion' means and will ask you to explain it to them.

I spend 2 weeks trying to confirm if my emails (10 emails to 3 different email addresses) had been received and all I got was responses to questions which I never asked for. The live chat attempted to not to close my account upon request but tried to offer me a bonus instead (I did ask for self-exclusion).

After two weeks several hours spent, emails and live chat attempts I found out that they could not locate any of my emails. I had spent hours in writing to them and apparently they received nothing. Obviously I have these emails on my sent folder so either they are lying or their email is seriously malfunctioning.

I asked for a refund as I managed to deposit about 24 hours after my request for selfexclusion which was ignored.

I was told that they would not help me with this.

I asked details for adr entity and licencing authority and they refused to give these to me and said its the higher ups that hold this info. However I can not contact these 'higher ups' as I have no contact info to them plus my emails just 'magically' disappear.

I would not recommend this to anyone, the customer service is awful to non excisting and as can be told from the previous reviews, there really are better places to spend your money.

If you ever experience any problems you are looking at a unpaid full time job in trying to contact them.

The only bonus is deposits are quick. As long as you are only spending money there should be no problems.
