Cannot get my winnings

They are stalling my withdrawal.

I used only real cash debit, no bonus, no nothing.

They owe me 2500$ in a BTC withdrawal and another $ 9k.

Now the only option is a BTC withdrawal. Please help me get my money back.

I fairly won with real cash. I have gotten every excuse about not paying me. Then they say yes, then say no.

I need real help now. Enough is enough. They have me submit everything over and over, then tell me they don’t even take the bank; it’s all lies after lies. Multiple people on chat; no one ever the same. This is a complete scam. I will push this all the way to the FBI and to the lic board.

I wagered over 49k dollars on real-money cash wagers, no bonus whatsoever.

They say I was approved for a 1 time btc 2500$ withdrawal, so I’m still waiting for that before I do anything else to see if this is legit.

I would like to update my complaint regarding my remaining withdrawal.

Since my original complaint, I have canceled and used some of the withdrawals, so the amount I am now requesting is lower than what I originally reported. I have received only one BTC withdrawal so far, and I am now asking that my remaining $2,500 withdrawal be sent to my BTC wallet.

I have had plenty of wins since my last BTC deposit, so I respectfully ask that you review my account and approve this final withdrawal. This is the last withdrawal I am requesting, and once it is completed, I would be happy to consider this matter resolved and close the complaint on good terms.

I believe this is a fair request, and I hope Raging Bull will work with me to get this final $2,500 payment completed.

I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I would like to have Twain handle my account seems she is the best person to contact. People who have never made a btc deposit has been able to withdraw that way even when they only used a debit to deposit. So since I have made a btc deposit and received 1 btc withdrawal already can you please end this complaint on a good review and just have Twain fix my account as she been very helpful to others and myself. I can not open a new bank account that’s not an option for me .

After wagering over 45k in wins much more. I played it all back to you guys because you didnt use my wells bank or the other wire info I sent you. So out of decent curtesy make an exception for the remaining with drawls to use btc only since my last deposit was btc and for being a loyal player to the site and the wagers I did

I was told they sent a 2500 withdraw to btc wallet. . There’s no reason they can’t send the last two the same way since I sent all the documents I was asked for over and over for weeks and in the end of that they tell me they don’t even use Wells Fargo bank. I then sent another bank wire information in my name . They don’t use that bank either. So now I made a btc deposit and I had over 5k or more I. Wins off of that. I was paid out 2500 in btc last month. They want me to open a whole new bank account alone single when I’m married and make a history of purchases . I can’t do that I have 2 wire infos. I just want to use btc only for withdrawals and deposit can somone higher up who approved my btc withdrawal already please fix my account to send only btc . There are no more banks I can open that just unheard of. I sent Wells Fargo information home after time and they tell me no wells after I did all that. So could we please end this on a good note let’s move. On let me continue my play the way I want and send me the btc withdrawals only. ???

3 Withdrawal delayed since June 29th

Hello,

I initiated 3 withdrawal requests on 6/29 for $2500 each.

Since then, I have followed all guidelines given to me. I provided bank statements, utility bills, etc. My withdrawals keep getting denied and/or approval dates pushed out. The original approval date was 7/13, then 7/16, and now 7/21.

Prior to 7/13, I was told I needed a bank statement showing a month of activity and a positive ending balance over $20. I did that. I then received an email saying my bank was not allowed.

I chatted with customer service, and they said my account could not be accepted but refused to provide specific details. They recommended I use an account in another bank, but I already have an account there. Very confusing.

I feel as though they are just trying to avoid paying me out with these confusing and conflicting conversations.

I really need some support, please. Thank you.

I attached some screenshots of conversations with them where they tell me to open an account in other bank, though my account is already with them as well

They have no solutions other than to open a new bank account, use it for a month, then send them the details for review, and they can then advise if it can be used.

That seems wild to me and a very shady business practice. I have done what they have asked and would like my payouts processed.

refusing to pay since March

Hi, i’ve been trying to get my payout from raging Bull Casino since March. My account has been verified several times I’ve done everything that they asked me to do multiple times, including opening another bank account only for them to say they can’t use it after opening. They keep giving me different reasons every time I contact them. Three days ago they told me they would contact me back within two hours to let me know about going about using bitcoin for my payout. Still haven’t heard from them. Please help me get my cash payout.

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.
