I requested a withdrawal for $2500 on 10/25/2025 using coindraw.they told me it was scheduled to be deposited 96 hours later. They waited until the MINUTE it was to be deposited to cancel the withdrawal because my "player level changed" and made me make a new request using bitcoin,which is 7-10 business days to approve it and another 7-10 business days to receive it. So I made a new request using bitcoin and after the 7-10 business days for approval they approved half of the withdrawal($1250 on 11/26)and made a new request for the other half.the second half of the withdrawal was approved on 12/11 and i finally received the first half of the withdrawal on 12/16. The second half of the withdrawal that was approved on 12/11 still has not been received and I have talked to them numerous of times and they "expedited" the request THREE times now after it was passed the 7-10 business days after approval to receive it. I just want the rest of my winnings($1250) so that I can finally be done with this casino. This is beyond ridiculous and very unproffesional!

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my outstanding $7,500 withdrawal, which has been pending since October 24. After weeks of waiting, I am now being told that the maximum withdrawal of $2,500 will be paid out in separate installments. This is completely unacceptable.

You take deposits instantly and without issue, yet when a player wins, you make the payout process as difficult and delayed as possible. I submitted a withdraw of $2000 on 26 Sep 2025. I submitted the required documents with wire transfer information on the same day. On 13 October I followed up with them through chat. I was told I needed to submit additional documents which I submitted on the same day. I received an email with a Case Number 155227912 for future reference.
I was told the documents would be posted within 24 hours. As of today, nothing has been posted. I contacted chat again today 15 October to follow up on my withdraw request. I have attached the chat for your review. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Raging Bull Casino - Delayed payment over a month now

I requested a total of three withdrawals for a total of $7000, via Bitcoin. Two withdrawals were requested on Sept 12, 2025 for $2500 each and then another withdrawal was requested on Sept 22, 2025 for $2000. Prior to requesting the withdrawals I ensured that all of the verification process was complete and that all of paperwork had been confirmed received. I have reached out several times and and been told that it takes time for the approval process and then another 7-10 business days after approval. On October 9th I finally received an email that my payment would arrive soon. I followed up yesterday and was told that a payment of $1250 was coming soon. I just want to receive what is due to me (the full $7000) and in a timely manner, as I had waited for over a month now.

Raging Bull Casino - Revoked my account and will not allow me to withdraw my money

I recently won $3,203.96 from raging bull casino with a withdrawable amount of $2,953.96.

I submitted my identification documents that they requested 2 times and the site still wanted me to verify .

I then reached out to live support and was informed to resubmit my documents to this email address: [email protected]

I then emailed a copy of my current driver's license front and back and a selfie holding my driver's license along with a utility bill to show proof of my address, that was requested. And I was given this case number 155220113.

Live support informed me that the verification process will take 24 hours.

Later I tried to play games on the site but none of the games would load so I reached out to live support and asked them why.

They responded that " we regret to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is , unfortunately, irreversible . Any casino account can be closed solely at our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safe keeping of company assets, and our third-party payment service provider ".

I then reached out to multiple live support members asking what was the reason that my account was revoked and that I wanted to withdraw my money .

All of them responded with the same response as up above.

I submitted all the identification documents that they requested along with a utility bill to show proof of my current address.

In April 2025 I won $2500 at region bowl Casino I applied for withdrawal and was told that my original credit union was not acceptable that might be Harris bank was not acceptable. Ragging Bull Casino is the newest RTG casino on line and before I found Microgaming and Netent I was big fan of this casino games and specially that I had several withdraws from one of the RTG casinos.

Searching for some new casino I came across Ragging Bull Casino form another site. On that banner there was a welcome offer for 50$ free chip when you register new casino account.
