3 Withdrawal delayed since June 29th

Hello,

I initiated 3 withdrawal requests on 6/29 for $2500 each.

Since then, I have followed all guidelines given to me. I provided bank statements, utility bills, etc. My withdrawals keep getting denied and/or approval dates pushed out. The original approval date was 7/13, then 7/16, and now 7/21.

Prior to 7/13, I was told I needed a bank statement showing a month of activity and a positive ending balance over $20. I did that. I then received an email saying my bank was not allowed.

I chatted with customer service, and they said my account could not be accepted but refused to provide specific details. They recommended I use an account in another bank, but I already have an account there. Very confusing.

I feel as though they are just trying to avoid paying me out with these confusing and conflicting conversations.

I really need some support, please. Thank you.

I attached some screenshots of conversations with them where they tell me to open an account in other bank, though my account is already with them as well

They have no solutions other than to open a new bank account, use it for a month, then send them the details for review, and they can then advise if it can be used.

That seems wild to me and a very shady business practice. I have done what they have asked and would like my payouts processed.

Thank you for your support.

Hello,

Wanted to confirm that I did receive my second payout today. I am waiting on my 3rd and final $2500 payout which I was told was scheduled for 8/25. If I receive that I will have received the total owed to me and this complaint can be closed out as resolved. Please keep it open until then. I did want to add that Tawni has been extremely helpful in making this happen and getting this resolved. Thanks Tawni.

Delayed withdrawl payout
I am seeking AskGamblers’ assistance to obtain two unpaid withdrawals from Raging Bull Slots totaling $2,256: an approved withdrawal of $1,250 and a pending withdrawal of $1,006. The casino has confirmed in writing that both are valid and will be paid, yet I have not received either payment or a payment date.

On October 8, 2026, at 11:02 p.m., I received an email from Raging Bull stating: ā€œYour withdrawal of $1250 has been approved and is on its way.ā€ The email indicated I would receive the funds shortly. As of October 22, 2026, I have not received this payment.

The second withdrawal of $1,006 was requested on October 9, 2026, and remains pending.

When seeking an update, I received conflicting information from customer service. One message confirmed my withdrawal was split into two payments and that I would receive both. However, during a chat on October 22, I was told I would not receive any funds.

Later that day, supervisor Isaac Pickman emailed me to correct that information. He confirmed that:

* No funds were mixed, and my withdrawals are valid.
* According to his review, the casino split my original $2,500 request on October 9, approved $1,250, deducted a $244 bonus from the remaining $1,250, and submitted a new withdrawal request for $1,006.
* I will receive both payouts.
* The information denying payment during the earlier chat was incorrect.

Although the supervisor confirmed my eligibility for both payments, he stated the casino has no estimated payment date and will continue to push for prioritization of the withdrawals.

The October 8 approval email and the supervisor’s October 22 confirmation show the casino recognizes these withdrawals as payable. However, I have not received the funds or a clear explanation for the delay. Prioritization assurances do not provide a meaningful payment schedule.

I respectfully request that Raging Bull Slots:

1. Release the approved $1,250 payment promptly and explain why it remains unpaid despite the October 8 notice.
2. Complete processing of the $1,006 withdrawal, as the supervisor confirmed it was valid and payable.
3. Provide a specific payment date for each withdrawal.
4. Provide transaction references or payment confirmations once the funds are sent.
5. Identify any outstanding requirements preventing payment and specify any action required from me.

I tried to attach the October 8 approval email and the October 22 supervisor’s clarification; however, I keep getting an upload error. I can provide them later if needed. (Both confirm approval, the casino’s acknowledgment of both payments as valid, and the correction of the earlier denial.)

I have tried to resolve this directly with customer service. Although the earlier denial has been corrected, the payment issue remains unresolved. I request AskGamblers’ assistance in securing the full $2,256 and a clear, reliable payment schedule.

$2,256
Misconduct Unlawful Withholding of Winnings
I submitted a legitimate withdrawal request for $1,000.00 USD on my fully verified account (Account ID: 155905469) at Raging Bull Slots.
All Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation was submitted, reviewed, and approved.
All associated wagering requirements, playthroughs, and max cashout terms have been satisfied in full.
No terms or conditions were violated.
Upon an initial withdrawal request, the support staff immediately started mislabeling my withdrawal as a wire transfer and mislabeling my winnings as a result of a coupon and not the actual bitcoin deposit I made from Cash App. They used their mislabeling as it excuse to both delay the process, ask for unnecessary personal information, and to dock my winnings/withdrawal by 80%.
And they went as far as to manipulate the transaction history from the backend of their site.

Despite satisfying all conditions, the operator has stalled payment indefinitely. Customer support provides no actionable explanation, relying instead on endless boilerplate scripts regarding "processing delays."
Direct formal communications sent to [email protected], parent company Primrose Media Limited, and the licensing regulatory inbox have yielded zero resolution or execution of payment.
The last correspondence I received is an email saying my withdrawal is on the way on 9/21 and have ignored every email I’ve sent asking for an update/explanation. In most recently, Dave deactivated my account where I can’t even access the site or support by any other means other than email that’s been ignored.
I am requesting that this abomination of a platform be held accountable for their bad faith behavior and misconduct.

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

ā€œI don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.ā€

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Kevin
