The withdraw process is really really really upseting. I withdraw $300 it said this amount that i can withdraw. After wait for 8days. I contact the service. They said my withdraw is only $153. Because they need to cut for the bonusses.. so, if you win, you need to give back the bonus money to them.i never come across with online casino that really cheeky and not fair. I wish no one will play in this casino anymore.

On demand of my payout, I got the answer: Players from Germany are not allowed to play along. Fact is: German players are not excluded. Excluded are players who make a profit. Interesting: My account has not been blocked. I can continue to make deposits and continue to receive offer mails. Raging Bull only wants to have losers players. If one makes profit that one wants to pay off, they come up with the most ridiculous excuses. Hopefully these criminals will get behind bars.

I won $100+ on a slot machine after exceeding Red Bull Casinos' required betting and winning ratio. After reading the agreement I requested a withdrawal of $100 (required minimum). I received no notice and after 7 days I logged in to Red Bull Casino to find that my request was denied. I again sent a request along with an email questioning the denial. After 4 days of waiting for a response, an associate named Tony, requested a ridiculous amount of copies of personal and unnecessary documents. Red Bull Casino will gladly take money from your account with no verification but want me to jump through hoops to get money owed with legitimate bank routing information. I have used Raging Bull Aud for over 3 years with no issues until this month. I have to say they are creative about the names on chat live.

Has a new interface at first seems fresh and new, but is cumbersome and has no details about your account or transactions.

This casino has long, painful, frustrating withdrawal process. Inconsistent explanations on why my withdrawals was reversed. One excuse was my phone number was wrong. Good grief! Yesterday an oddly named chat personnel explained to me with "My verification was incomplete at Planet 7 casino and I should send my docs to [email protected]"

I too am skeptical of raging bull. I recently had a small winning of $400 on the site. Yesterday (28/09/2017) I requested to make a withdrawal of this amount. No reply or contact was made to me from raging bull. This morning I have contacted the live chat to ask nervously where are my winnings. I found customer support easy to find online and my customer service rep 'manuel' was very helpful. He sent me links which I am able to upload my necessary id's and certification documents to, to continue to process the withdrawal. It seems pretty straight forward as I have had to provide these documents before for other online gaming accounts and have found them to be 100% legitimate. I plan on uploading all necessary documents and identifications today. And will reply with an update tomorrow :-)

Well I told them I didnt realize that was an issue and they said that if I contacted them today and made the request for the review - they would decided on whether or not I could keep my money and withdrawal. Nothing yet as of tonight. I dont expect to receive it but idk what to do... any help would be appreciated.

I brought it to a few check cashing places who won't touch it. My ATM for my checking account won't accept the check. I've actually become nervous about the check. Ugh. Extremely long payout times..and they use every excuse about the delays, after months of delays I received a check from fed ex. The casinos name was not on the check and I did not receive a e mail telling me that a check was on the way. I looked the check up online and came up with some fishy results. I threw the check away. They are offering to resend the check if I show bank records showing proving that the check wasn't deposited.
Should I do this?

Absolutely nothing to like about this casino, I played online for a longtime and generally haven't had any real issues besides experiencing delays with verification and withdrawal times with some sites. These guys are the worst I have encountered to date. Initially being attracted by seeing a 500% match bonus with no wagering rules, I did register but before depositing I check on here and saw the reviews. So I decided that I need to cancel my account but could find any information on there site, I had forgot my username so tried to reset password on site (can't reset without username) I understand would due to security which is fine so was directed to live help, I was verified and sent instructions that I could use registered email after explaining numerous that this hadn't work previously was assured it would. Well it didn't message again directed back to live support where had to go over the process again, same result even though we discussed email doesn't work, give same cut and paste instructions with chat cut off immediately after, another 5 chats later been online with Live Chat for over an hour just keep getting the same scripted response. I have been verified each time but no result, I can't imagine how they would be with withdrawals. I ask support how to cancel account as I couldn't find inform information on website with any steps or process, this questions was avoided and directed to website chat suspended.
