The speed of withdrawals is superb. I made a withdrawal to my e wallet and it was actually in my account within minutes. Prospect Hall could teach some of the other casinos how it is done.

Would like more deposit bonuses, etc. The cashdrops are amazing but would like to see more of them, especially when a client has deposited large sums of money at the casino.

Have to say my customer experience with this site has be very good on average. I find the depositing methods brilliant and when you win and withdraw with paypal the payment is in your paypal immediately in most cases.

I like the opportunity to be able to chat to customers services whether via phone or via live chat. Prospect Hall do not offer this service. I had an issue when I deposited some money via paypal and they added a £5 bonus. We all know if you accept the bonus then wagering requirements are implemented.

I could not find an easy to decline the bonus. So I accepted then withdrew my deposit immediately via paypal and was charged £3. I think this is disgusting but that is the only issue I have had with the site. Prospect you have got too sort out a way that customers can get it contact with you immediately via email is not good enough in 2016.

I had no problem with making a withdrawal they never even asked for verification which I like because players receive much hassles when receiving there money with online casinos but surprisingly the time was spot on.

Promotional offers need to be sent out more often because I have not received anything up to now. seems like you have to be playing to receive the offers which is a disappointment.

Overall a satisfied experience not the best but they could do better.

Love this site! Seen it around for a while but for some reason never bothered signing up until recently, dont know what i was thinkn! Totally disappointed in a recent review of Prosepect Hall. In my experience with the casino, the staff are more than helpful and the payouts are second to none!!! Everyone cant win every time, but the slot games pay out a huge percentage more than some other sites I've played on!! Naming no names but I just played Starburst in a fairly well known casino and did not have one win in £15, never in my time at Prospect have I ever experienced that before I can tell you.x

Would like to be able to deposit at the site using pay safe vouchers but that is mostly all I don't like.
