Delayed Withdrawal

Hi I made a withdrawel last Thursday am, I got email stating that this was processed and when normally done be in account the next day Checked was not in allowed until the Monday. And not in tried to use online chat not available emailed to adv that they where having been issues and estimated 4 -6 day. May be but could not guarantee this. Nothing on here website u til testers regarding this I kept emailing everyday. And getting told it there processor fail and cannot give accurate timescale to me is very concerning as a company surely you would know a time scale being sub a large issue then yesterday they advised that the company for a backlog and be in account usually writhing 6 days. I asked to speak to a manage advised no they are not calling customers They asking advised other casino are having this issue I have withdrawn from 3 different casino this week and had money the next day All I am hearing is excuse after excuse And not giving any sort of proper time scale I am seriously concerned as why is company still taking money and gambling when there is fault with payouts

Deposit done, but not credited to balance

I deposited money using PayPal but it was not credited to my prospect hall casino account. I received confirmation from PayPal that fund left my account. I contacted customer service via email but they ignored me until the fourth email, they said that they cannot see any deposit attempt, and that if the fund left my account it should return. I contacted PayPal who sent them proof that they received the money, and I also sent them a PayPal confirmation that I deposited fund on my account. They ignored all that. This is purely and simply theft. This is not fair and I call it "dishonesty' never trust this casino again or play on this site. I feel cheated and very disappointed.

I think this is a great site, plenty of slots and the layout is great. Customer service is excellent, always quick to respond to my emails.

The speed of withdrawals is superb. I made a withdrawal to my e wallet and it was actually in my account within minutes. Prospect Hall could teach some of the other casinos how it is done.

This is by far my favorite site, very trustworthy, fast withdrawals, good customer service, that's all I ask for and what I get from them.

I do not dislike anything about this site. They deserve more than 7, should be 9/10.

Highly recomending this casino.
I have had my account a good year now, never had a problem.

Deposited 10x, cashed out 7x, its pretty nice casino, with weekly prize draws etc.
Paypal withdrawals are INSTANT even at Sunday night :), bank cashouts are fast too 1-2 days.

Variety of games is however presence of NOVOMATIC SLOTS would be that missing cherry on the cake good, nice n tidy lobby and banking, great online support.

More deposit match offers would be great to see in the email :)

Have to say my customer experience with this site has be very good on average. I find the depositing methods brilliant and when you win and withdraw with paypal the payment is in your paypal immediately in most cases.

I like the opportunity to be able to chat to customers services whether via phone or via live chat. Prospect Hall do not offer this service. I had an issue when I deposited some money via paypal and they added a £5 bonus. We all know if you accept the bonus then wagering requirements are implemented.

I could not find an easy to decline the bonus. So I accepted then withdrew my deposit immediately via paypal and was charged £3. I think this is disgusting but that is the only issue I have had with the site. Prospect you have got too sort out a way that customers can get it contact with you immediately via email is not good enough in 2016.

I've had a good experience at Prospect Hall.

I had no problem with making a withdrawal they never even asked for verification which I like because players receive much hassles when receiving there money with online casinos but surprisingly the time was spot on.

Promotional offers need to be sent out more often because I have not received anything up to now. seems like you have to be playing to receive the offers which is a disappointment.

Overall a satisfied experience not the best but they could do better.

I love playing on here, excellent customer service, made a withdrawal to my e wallet and amazingly, it took less than an hour, never experienced this before. Makes you wonder why some casinos make you jump through hoops to get money you are entitled to withdraw. Well done Prospect Hall.

I think this should have at least 8 stars.

There is nothing really bad that I have to comment about this casino, apart from- it would be nice to have some new slots.

Love this site! Seen it around for a while but for some reason never bothered signing up until recently, dont know what i was thinkn! Great bonuses, a good range of games (love the bingo game) and i find the return on the slots a lot better than most casinos I visit. Will def. recommend this site. Paypal withdrawal was instant and when I say instant I mean instant quickest ever. I promise u wont regret depositing here.
Support - Sent an email regarding wagering terms and they replied within an hour with a detailed answer. Top marks.

Totally disappointed in a recent review of Prosepect Hall. In my experience with the casino, the staff are more than helpful and the payouts are second to none!!! Everyone cant win every time, but the slot games pay out a huge percentage more than some other sites I've played on!! Naming no names but I just played Starburst in a fairly well known casino and did not have one win in £15, never in my time at Prospect have I ever experienced that before I can tell you.x

Would like to be able to deposit at the site using pay safe vouchers but that is mostly all I don't like.
