Prospect Hall Casino - Delayed Withdrawal

I made a withdrawel last Thursday am, I got email stating that this was processed and when normally done be in account the next day

Checked was not in allowed until the Monday. And not in tried to use online chat not available emailed to adv that they where having been issues and estimated 4 -6 day. May be but could not guarantee this. Nothing on here website u til testers regarding this
I kept emailing everyday. And getting told it there processor fail and cannot give accurate timescale to me is very concerning as a company surely you would know a time scale being sub a large issue then yesterday they advised that the company for a backlog and be in account usually writhing 6 days.
I asked to speak to a manage advised no they are not calling customers
They asking advised other casino are having this issue
I have withdrawn from 3 different casino this week and had money the next day

All I am hearing is excuse after excuse And not giving any sort of proper time scale

I am seriously concerned as why is company still taking money and gambling when there is fault with payouts
