I played here for over 6 years. Always found them to be really good and very fair.
Payout was nearly always instant. Really trusted this casino and would recommend to friends.

Like I said above, casino was amazing and then one day I found out I couldn’t claim any promotions. Dropped them a message to find out why. I was told my account had been moved to a no bonuses account, meaning I couldn’t claim any bonuses or promotions. Asked them why and I was told they didn’t need to explain. I’ve shut my account.
So please be careful, they only seem to be good to you for a while.

I enjoy this site as it gives extremely fast withdrawals almost instant! Easy lay out and good bonuses and promotions available.

There are not many slot games available to play maybe this could improve with time.

Nice site with a decent selection of games signed up yesterday had a small withdrawal which was processed in 10 mins that's the quickest I've had any where.
So a decent casino which I will use again

And we have a winner! Believe everything you read about Prospect Hall and other casinos should take note!!! 1 Hour withdrawal is possible! Pay and withdraw by PayPal and they don't **** about!! Games are sim to most casinos out there but gameplay is never the biggest issue with these sites. It is always wagering requirements, bonuses and slow pays. This is different.

Games are good but not great so 9 stars. Also this is only quick cashout for UK or EU members but I believe that UK sites are held to a higher standard when it comes to rules and Regs. Still better than most Malta or gibralter based sites IMO.

My last review was all positive regarding Prospect Hall.......and it still is. I said I'd post a new review once I had made my first withdrawal, and having made that withdrawal with them a few days ago, I am now updating.

At first, I was a bit worried about the withdrawal processing times, but I needn't have worried. As soon as my documents were accepted, my withdrawal was approved. It did take another day to do so, but once released, the funds were in my bank account the very next day. Impressive! Love the layout, love the games and love the fact that it is regulated in the UK.

I am really happy with these guys and it is now one of my regular haunts.

If you use Paypal, you receive withdrawals in a matter of minutes! Shows that it can be done.

No ability to reverse withdrawals is great and clearly helps the withdrawal times.

You won't believe withdrawal processing time (to PayPal at least)... It is literally instant! Requested twice so far, every time withdrawal was confirmed in couple of minutes (!) and received to PayPal instantly.

Very good, great selection, quite a quirky little casino. Payouts are processed super quick and have always been in my account within 48hrs.

I haven't had any loyalty promos, or anything like that from than. Most places would give you some as I have deposited over £1k over the last couple of months. Not huge money, but usually enough for some sort or bonus. Really not a criticism though, as I have always really enjoyed a play here.

In my opinion this is the top casino right now, it is one of the only casinos which don't have a reverse option on winnings, they are super fast at giving you your winnings, it's just hassle free. If your a PayPal user in my experience my winnings have been in by bank account within minutes, good game variety, very straight forward site to use.

Great selection of games and quick and easy withdrawals with no reversal process. Contacted customer services a few times and they have always been friendly and helpful. I don't take bonus so i can't comment about that.

Was good to start but now been playing it awhile it just a joke. Live chat does not exist they never reply to your emails. They suck you then rinse you dry.

Good games and overall good site however haven't felt valued as a customer..

I had made quite a few deposits on this site and only acquired losses. I contacted the support in regards to any loyalty schemes or bonuses they may offer for losses. I had attamped a few deposits on the day which had been declined as the account I use for gaming had no funds. I knew I had monies coming in so I tried to deposit a few more times.

I was told through the support that no bonuses would be credited due to declined deposits as he felt this would be irresponsible (please note I had already made nearly 500 pounds worth of deposits within the past week).

Now my issue here is the fact that they would have accepted further deposits but could not credit a bonus. I can not quite comprehend how crediting the bonus would be irresponsible but allowing me to make further deposits would not?

Just to warn anyone making deposits and if they are declined for a reason or another (my bank blocks transactions every now and again due to fraud prevention), you may be treated differently and will become less valued customer.

It is a shame as although I have had a few issues on the site it so far hasn't been anything that I could blame them for.

Nice selection of games, easy to navigate and the bonuses on deposits are really good. Deposited 30 here first time playing and withdrew 250 after a nice win. Withdraw was within 24 hours. It did seem like the chance of hitting a bonus on the slots was rarer than most sites but when you do hit it is an actual bonus each time instead of a chance at a bonus that could be no win like other sites I have found tend to have. Might have just been having a lucky day.

Not really the sites fault I suppose but I did get a lot of runs of dead spins in a row which got boring.

Cannot fine fault with this site... amazing games... and quick withdrawals.. also I was offered a day our from vip manager... he said I could go to a spar for the day ora meal with family ect as I am disabled I do not go out very much as I have difficulty walking so I ask if I could have a summer house for my garden.... I was gobsmacked when he told me he had spoken to his manager and it had been agreed... I now have a wonderful summer house at bottom of my garden.... I think this is a great site, plenty of slots and the layout is great. Customer service is excellent, always quick to respond to my emails.

The speed of withdrawals is superb. I made a withdrawal to my e wallet and it was actually in my account within minutes. Prospect Hall could teach some of the other casinos how it is done.

Paypal withdrawals are INSTANT even at Sunday night :), bank cashouts are fast too 1-2 days.

Have to say my customer experience with this site has be very good on average. I find the depositing methods brilliant and when you win and withdraw with paypal the payment is in your paypal immediately in most cases.

I like the opportunity to be able to chat to customers services whether via phone or via live chat. Prospect Hall do not offer this service. I had an issue when I deposited some money via paypal and they added a £5 bonus. We all know if you accept the bonus then wagering requirements are implemented.

I could not find an easy to decline the bonus. So I accepted then withdrew my deposit immediately via paypal and was charged £3. I think this is disgusting but that is the only issue I have had with the site. Prospect you have got too sort out a way that customers can get it contact with you immediately via email is not good enough in 2016.
