I won £2775 on there games and after 2 weeks of being messed about over I'D and wanting phone bills ect they accepted that I was who I said I was. They even went as far as sending me out 1 of them big cheques to take a picture off for there Facebook and Web page. Once I'd sent them my photos then thetold me I was only entitled to £50 of my winning and the rest (£2725) was wiped out of my account. Avoid this company at all costs

Omg this site is absolutely disgraceful it's cost my contract a lot of money I tried to make a transaction into my account winning of £10.56 and they refused to pay out even having my details ext it's just a waste of time they prolong every aspect I was told it would take 2-3 working days then it took me to contact them in order to find out they needed me to send my I.d off I then did that was told to wait up until 1-2 days then I couldn't play the game ext I then contacted them again and was told I will need to send off my phone bill and then once my bill was paid off I could then receive my payment absolute ludicrous of not download this game I had to ring up and delete my account with them so therefore it's cost me a lot of money for nothing and can't even withdraw my own money out so it was just a waste

Upon depositing your funds are instantly turned into bonus credits, with no way to opt-out. You MUST play through your deposit once before being able to withdraw. Only wagering from the bonus credits counts, but if you win anything during this process it gets added to cashable credits, which are always used first before any bonus funds. Creating a situation were you have to lose any winnings before being able to further wager your initial deposit. Meaning you will most likely lose all of your deposit before having a chance to salvage anything. Which happened to me.

They reverse withdrawal without your permission. Delaying your withdrawal as long as they can hoping you will lose all your money. I would never use this site again.

The fact that the site refuses to pay out any winnings and does everything possible to avoid doing so. This company is highly unprofessional, unpleasant, untrustworthy and should not be in business and I very much doubt they will be for much longer. In addition they do not care about complaints to the Gambling Commission, legal action or other customer complaints. Read the reviews and you'll see the type of company they are.

Well first off I like to gamble and use various of the sites. I have never known one where you have to download each app. Then if u win and withdraw (before you deposit !) it's 10 working days to wait. They will not send you any money until you have each of these

1. Passport
2. Utility bill &
3. A photo of your visa

I called up to say how disgusted I was only to be treated like horse manure. Seriously guys DO NOT USE THESE!!

I would never use this site again, withdrawals take painfully long but in the meantime they will just decide to reverse your withdrawals to "help you to keep playing" even though it wasn't asked for which then takes the withdrawal even longer very sneaky and it shouldn't be allowed to reverse withdrawals without the players permission.

Been playing on this site for a while... Have no idea why, they've become increasingly more annoying and untrustworthy as time goes on.

The last week or so I deposited a few quid and managed to get it up to a few hundred by playing roulette. Fair enough, that was all well and good but since I withdrew the money, it's done nothing but stress me out.

They tell you on withdrawal that it will be processed in 3 working days. HOWEVER... Pocketwin appear to live in a part of the universe where only Monday, Wednesday and Friday are working days. So you're talking well over a week before it would leave your account. And that's only after sending them 8 million forms of ID and phone bills (if you've deposited via phone bill).

So during this time, while my legitimately won money sits cosy in my account doing nothing, they constantly sent me texts saying I have 'a mystery bonus' in my account and will expire in 60 mins. Or, I've been given a loyalty bonus and so on. Upon logging into my account I notice that my surprise bonus is a pound... One singular pound. Ok then, chuck that on black... Win or lose, it doesn't matter because with that one spin, the money sitting in my account waiting to be processed has been automatically reversed 'so I can continue playing'. Their decision, not mine. It's what they do. Best case scenario for them is that now it's sitting in the balance, we'll play that and blow it all and deposit more. Or, we could immediately withdraw it again, but then the whole painfully slow process of processing money in a 3 day working week starts from scratch...

This is frustrating to say the least. It's an awful, sneaky feature they use, trying to pretend it's for our benefit. If we wanted to reverse a withdrawal, we'd do it at our own will.

But really, having money waiting to be processed is asking to be messaged by them day and night with these stupid and transparent 'offers'. In the end I just played through my balance, got it to zero and then self excluded. Not worth the hassle and I won't be treated like a gullible idiot.

Anyway, I would highly recommend that you don't touch this site whatsoever.

I like blackjack and fruit machines. Especially when you win but then 3 days later I'm gutted cos I no I've been scammed and wasn't ever going to get my winnings but they don't mind taking your money, so if an underage person deposits money then you win what do you do????

I bet you don't say your underage so we will give you your money back!!! I bet you say cos your underage you can give me the winnings, ripoff scam and pocket win is the only one who I've had trouble withdrawing winnings, everyone else pays out but I suppose everyone else will be around a long time unlike Pocketwin who no about taking your money but do everything to stop you withdrawing your winnings, con job stay clear even if you have ID they will think of something else.

The fact that you let people deposit money no questions asked not knowing if he or she is under 18 but when you win and want to withdraw you need I'd when some people don't have I'd like my partner and she used my contract phone to play so the phone bill is in my name, shouldn't you verify your age before you deposit money?

Because it just shows pocket win don't really want to pay you which I doubt won't be around for very long if you treat people like this, so what if you have no I'd ? They just keep your money? Mfortune payout no problem, I knew it was too good to be true.
