Playigo Casino - Unable to make a withdrawal due to technical issue
On the 18th of October I won $11,616.99 on the bonus spin of Mega Moolah. Pretty great, given how many years I've played it. I immediately reached out to chat support to start the verification process and uploaded my documents via chat. Pretty straight forward. I deposited a total of $250 CAD via Idebit, no bonuses, asked about withdrawal limits, played some more, and then tried to make a withdrawal of $3000.00 which is the max per withdrawal via Idebit, just to get the ball rolling. An error message popped up stating that I needed to deposit using that method, to make a withdrawal with that method. Which I had already done. I contacted chat again, he agreed there seemed to be a glitch of some sort and sent the information to tech support.

I happily waited and played the winnings the next day, rode the wave and tried again. Same issue. Contacted support. Told to please wait. I asked that someone follow up with me via email to let me know what was going on.

I have been in contact with chat (who have been polite and friendly) every day for five days to no avail. I have repeatedly asked for someone to reach out to me via email. A supervisor, tech support, manager, and I have yet to receive a single word from anyone. Chat has explained that this is a very unusual occurrence and is very complicated, not to worry, it's being addressed. Well, now I am getting worried.

I played for a couple of days, and decided to stop. There in just over $10 000.00 CAD sitting in my account that I cannot withdraw to even begin the verification process, and I know from doing that process with their sister site Loki Casino, it takes over a week. I spoke yesterday with chat and said that I need someone to reach out to me to explain what's going on to reassure me and if no one does I will be filing a complaint with Ask Gamblers, and no one did. I attempted one last time this morning, made myself clear, and was politely told that the reason a manager hasn't reached out to me is because he's busy watching my account all day and has nothing to report yet. And, of course, to please wait. I've been offered no solutions, no time frame, no explanation as the steps being taken to fix the problem, and no reassurance from anyone in a position of authority.

I understand technical issues can happen. I've been playing for years. What I've never encountered before is such a lack of communication when I'm obviously concerned about collecting my winnings, and they have made it clear it's their issue, but not one actual person beyond chat seems to want to speak with me. So I need help please. I'm uploading screenshots of my deposits, my attempted withdrawals, the error message, a picture of my big happy win, and my current chat from today.

I don't know what else to do. They aren't properly communicating.

Playigo Casino - Will Not Process Withdrawal
So there are two separate issues with Playigo

1. Their cashout system was completely broken for 2 days so you couldn't even initiate a withdrawal. I tried to withdraw $2500 and was unable to. They launched their website with everything working but the cashout button didn't work for me. Which is very suspect given reviews about playigo saying that they had successful withdrawals.

2. $1267 withdrawal was submitted 7 or 8 days ago and still has not been reviewed and they no longer respond to my emails.

On May 4th I deposited $425 at Playigo without taking any bonuses. I immediately got the money up to about $1500 and tried to cashout. This feature at their brand new casino did not work and I wasn't able to initiate a cashout. This was fine, I said I wanted to keep playing and I hope it would be fixed within a couple hours. By the next day I got my money to $2600 and again tried to cashout. It still was not working. I again spoke to chat and said now I wanted to cashout and that it was unbelievable they could create a casino without a cashout option. Again, they told me they were working on it.

2 days later my money was at $1267 and I messaged them again, I needed to withdraw or I would be going to askgamblers. The cashout service suddenly became available and I submitted a cashout. Now, 6 or 7 days later the money is still sitting there pending and they no longer respond to my emails. Firstly, I want my cashout processed immediately and secondly I think it is absolutely insane that they can create a casino without being able to withdraw for any period of time let alone 3 days. Their terms say 3-5 day processing time for withdrawals and yet, 8 days later from a may 6th request, this is the response I got:

I like the casino lay out. It's easy to select a game and go throught their site. The games are without delay of glitches. It's easy accessible and lots of games

Certain game providers aren't offered so thus a few popular games. Their withdrawal time are shamefully super-slow! Never encountered this anywhere.

Good variety of games. But I dont advise playing here if you want your money. Play at a bigger casino that accepts withdraws instantly. I wont play here again.

Worst casino I ever played at. I signed up and tried to cashout $5000. I had my withdraw pending for over 2 days. I asked them to speed up the withdraw but they wouldn't. They say cashouts take 3-5 days. If you want a fast cashout, don't play here they keep the withdraw in pending so you reverse it and blow it all.

The site is very fresh, simple, user friendly, and very pleasant to use on your cell phone (I always play on my cell). I like the overall web design: looks, coloring, etc.
It’s easy to add your favorite games to a separate list and return to them easily.
They have all of my favorite NetEnt games, such as Vikings, Hotline, Divine Fortune... (If they didn’t, I wouldn’t play there in the first place ;) ).
And a wide range of other games as well.

It’s easy to set your own limits and/or self exclusion yourself on your profile if you wish to do so.

They have an MGA licence, which is always respectable and makes you feel safe.

Withdrawal limits are tolerable: 3,000e per day, 10,000e per week, 40,000e per month - for a low and even medium roller.
My withdrawals have been processed fast, within just a few hours. I was only asked for verification documents after a few withdrawals, which I ofc then sent.

Overall playing here has been a nice experience, and I believe I will stay their customer for some time now.

If you’re a real high roller, the withdrawal limits might become a problem.
I never use bonuses that you need to wager, at the same time being careful with the max bets etc.
They seem to be the only ones this casino offers. So it would be nice, if loyal players would be rewarded with, for example, no-wagering FS when depositing, or sometimes else, if they like/ask for them.
Another option - which is always super cool IMO - would be a non-wagering weekly/monthly cashback of, for example, 10% of your net losses of a specific period.
Otherwise all is cool here and why not give it a shot. :)
