Will Not Process Withdrawal
So there are two separate issues with Playigo
1. Their cashout system was completely broken for 2 days so you couldn't even initiate a withdrawal. I tried to withdraw $2500 and was unable to. They launched their website with everything working but the cashout button didn't work for me. Which is very suspect given reviews about playigo saying that they had successful withdrawals.
2. $1267 withdrawal was submitted 7 or 8 days ago and still has not been reviewed and they no longer respond to my emails.
On May 4th I deposited $425 at Playigo without taking any bonuses. I immediately got the money up to about $1500 and tried to cashout. This feature at their brand new casino did not work and I wasn't able to initiate a cashout. This was fine, I said I wanted to keep playing and I hope it would be fixed within a couple hours. By the next day I got my money to $2600 and again tried to cashout. It still was not working. I again spoke to chat and said now I wanted to cashout and that it was unbelievable they could create a casino without a cashout option. Again, they told me they were working on it.
2 days later my money was at $1267 and I messaged them again, I needed to withdraw or I would be going to askgamblers. The cashout service suddenly became available and I submitted a cashout. Now, 6 or 7 days later the money is still sitting there pending and they no longer respond to my emails. Firstly, I want my cashout processed immediately and secondly I think it is absolutely insane that they can create a casino without being able to withdraw for any period of time let alone 3 days. Their terms say 3-5 day processing time for withdrawals and yet, 8 days later from a may 6th request, this is the response I got:
