Play Million Casino - Still waiting on $2500 withdrawal
I made a withdrawal to the amount of $2,500.00 on 24 April 2017. I had finished the wagering with the bonus I used and also had just uploaded the relevant documents needed to verify my account. I then received an email on 24 April 2017 from Play Million stating they had received my withdrawal request, where funnily enough they stated that I could trust them to give me fast payouts!!!!! Also received an email from VIP on same day congratulating me on my win blah blah, so I replied to this email 25 April 2017 in the hopes of getting some type of expectancy date. Over the next few days I contacted Customer Support via Chat multiple times enquiring about the status of my withdrawal and kept getting told the same thing. That they were not able to access that information, however they could see it was with the Payments Processing Department. All the while I still haven't even received a confirmation stating my documents were acceptable to help in verifying my account. On the 28 April 2017 I sent another email to the VIP Manager stating I was reaching out for some type of contact regarding my withdrawal. I then got a reply form a different VIP Manager the same day apologising that there was no contact and stating that in order to process my withdrawal could I please provide another photo of the back of my credit card details, as the one I provided the corners were cut off. And could they also have my bank account details as the back up withdrawal method should they not be able to make a payment to my credit card. The said once this is done it will be approved by the Payments department and I'll received an automated email stating so. So 29 April 2017 I sent an email with the relevant documents and information that was requested. I then received a reply from yet ANOTHER VIP Manager thanking me for my email and she had received the attached documents and she had forwarded to the Payments Department to be processed. So I replied thanking that Manager, then later on that day I received an email from would you believe it ANOTHER VIP Manager. Later on that night I received an email from a 5th and different VIP Manager asking for the exact same information and documents as I had sent in earlier that day. So yet again another email from myself was sent to Play Million stating I had already done this and asked why I had been asked twice etc, only to receive an acknowledgment that my enquiry had been received. It is now the 1 May 2017 and still NOTHING, no contact, no confirmation and no money!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I tried to attach all afore mentioned emails but it wont seem to let me and I'm unsure of how to change the format.

Play Million Casino - Purposeful delay of withdrawal
I have made a withdrawal last week to my Skrill account, Initially I was requested to provide copy of ID, proof of residence and front and back of card, which I supplied. They then waited 3 days and came back to me asking for a deposit confirmation form. They then came back after 2 days stating they have the form and it is now with the payment department. My question is , if they knew what requirements and documents are needed for a withdrawal, why not tell me upfront, instead of dragging it out one document at a time and I am still waiting for my funds? I think they are a scam. I also chatted to a Bianca online today who state "Bianca: please find below our License Information: Bianca: This site’s operations are regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority and is operated by SkillOnNet Ltd, Office 1/5297 Level G, Quantum House, 75, Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1120, Malta, under the gaming license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (license number MGA/CL1/563/2009) issued on 17th June 2011 Bianca: also, can you please clarify if you have faced any issues with us? blazezn: ok do u have any email address for them? blazezn: yes, you refuse to process my withdrawal Bianca: one moment please, I will check your withdrawal further for you Bianca: regarding the email address, we do not have this information". How can they not have the email adress of the entity that licences them? No checks are neede to process a deposit but once a withdrawal is requested, then document after document after document is requested (which is fine) but they are not upfront specific of all the requirements and request it every few days. This is unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior - it makes me feel that they are not a legitimate organisation. Please help/.

For several months back I registered for the trial and bonus they offered me. I just played here, tried it and checked it out. Bonuses have a lot but it's a vicious circle from which you can not get out on real money. Also, there is a rich offer of slots and beware of playing games that they offer it will not. The offers are in an email or in a bonus calendar. If you play your games and you have tried it. I can not say anything bad about them, but I find nothing interesting about playing and remitting money.

Play Million was one casino that I had completely forgotten about, until one day recently, a promotional email came into my mailbox, which got me wondering in surprise - I have an account at this casino? Well, to make sure of things, I visited their website and tried to do login using my usual login details. As expected, I got an error message, either on the username or password, so I then tried using my old login details, and voila...I got in! Gees, I must have signed up at this casino more than 2 years ago!

Anyway, I saw that my favourite Finn game was available, so that tempted me to make a deposit to try out the game at this Skill On Net casino. With a $20 deposit, I claimed the welcome offer of 100% bonus plus 50 free spins on Ninja Master, a game that I don't like playing at all, but that didn't bother me much. Both the deposit bonus and the free spins got credited into my account automatically, so that was nice and convenient - no need to trouble the live chat host, which I don't really like doing anyway.

I played the 50 free spins first, but the lousy Ninja Master game gave me a miserably small win of only $2.61! What the argh! I then switched over to play my favourite Finn And The Swirly Spin game, and I was really delighted when it played well right from the very first spin. After several hours of play, I had $110 cash in my balance, won without using the bonus money at all, so I tried to make a withdrawal of my winnings. Nope, no can do! I then checked the Bonus terms again, and sure enough, it was stated that the bonus wagering must be completed first before any withdrawal could be made. Damn!

Well, maybe that was really a blessings in disguise, so to speak, because after several more hours of play on that Finn game, I finally completed all the wagering, and had an even bigger cash balance of $160. This time around, I knew that a withdrawal would not be rejected, so I made a $160 withdrawal and quickly uploaded my documents for the casino's KYC approval. Two days later, over the weekend, my documents got approved, my account got verified, and the money got into my Neteller account, all without any hassles at all! Excellent customer service and KYC procedure, but just too bad that they don't work on weekends, hehehe.

Nonetheless, not everything is good with this Play Million Casino. The Live Chat service is not available 24/7, as preferred, so there were times when their immediate assistance couldn't be had. Games selection wise, I could only play on NetEnt games, simply because I wasn't interested at all in any of the other available provider games, such as Skill On Net, Big Time Gaming, NextGen and so on. Microgaming and Play'nGo are not in the list either, so the choice of games at Play Million Casino is rather limited and not that good. Other than that, I have no other complaints, hehehe.

Good casino. The games run smooth made a deposit of 37 euro and won 500. The next day I received my payment with skrill. Very fast!

First I heard about them about a year ago, I saw their promotions all over the net, and to be honest, that made me question their trustworthy a little. The only thing that didn't seem like a good sign was the amount of unresolved complaints against them, I think they should solve them because it doesn't give good impression.

Support was very professional and offered me a deposit bonus of 150% match and free spins for the next few days. And then when I specifically asked about any free bonus support offered me 10€ freebie. That was exactly what I wanted, after a few minutes of waiting it was in my account and I just needed to activate it.

So with 10€ balance I went to games directory and chose to play Starburst slot. I was very happy to see many Netent games there. I chose to play Starburst which I think is one of the best games for wagering bonuses. I played with 0.10€ bets and I played around 500 spins, I had a few big wins and my balance jumped up and down, but the last 100 spins were almost empty so my balance dropped down to 7€. About 200 spins more ended up with a balance of 120 which was more than the maximum 100$ max cashout this bonus had. I made my first 20 $ deposit uploaded my documents and waited. The documents were approved the next day and I got my money after 48 hours.

I made another deposit here and took the 150% match bonus to try my luck but played on high bets and lost my balance stupidly. Overall a good casino to play in.

I honestly can not say anything positive about this casino.

I deposited several times at this casino taking a bonus each time with no luck, finally I got a decent start £1600+ win on my first few spins. So I continue playing until my bonus requirements are met and a bit more, I then requested a 700 withdrawal and left 500+ in my account (which I played a day or so later). I received a phone call confirming everything is fine and it will be in my account within a few days. I later received an email saying withdrawal was cancelled after inquiring as to why they say I have violated bonus terms.

I know there is no comeback when a casino like this robs you so instead of even filing a complaint I have left this honest review in the hope that people can learn from my experience and avoid in future. There are currently no resolved complaints with Play Million and that should set alarm bells ringing straight away with anyone who is considering joining.

Avoid this casino at all cost it should be blacklisted and it's a shame there are not more warning for this rogue casino on the Internet.

Play Million casino it is great brand casino, with some their own minuses, and it is owned by Skill on net group of casinos. I suggest you check it out all their casinos, because they recently added games from Netent, and of course become much more interesting casino.

Customer support at Play Million casino is good. I used only their live chat support, and always have positive and good experience with their chat support agents. In the beginning the only way to play their game was by downloading the software and to be honest, the installation time was just as long as Microgaming's which I find a little bit too long because the installation is only for the menu's etc but the games are not included.

Need more games especially from NetEnt and Microgaming. If they can buy WMS they should able to buy a few NetEnt and Microgaming games.
