I have several withdrawals that have not been paid out per the terms and conditions of the casino. I have been verified repeatedly and am in full compliance. Recently, the casino has been cutting my payments in half and adding the second half onto the end of my payments. That is where the last payments for $1250 are coming from. My payments are aging and not in compliance with the terms and conditions of the casino. I am including my last verification email to this message. I have not been paid the last withdrawals including the payment that was authorized on October 22 or any of the approved ones that came after that date.

I am fully verified and won $3600 and made a withdrawal for $2500. They said it would take 7 to 10 days. I made the withdrawal on October 2nd and it was as approved on the 8th and now it is the 13th and I still have not received my payout. I choose BTC as payout option and got a email saying I would be paid on the 8th and still nothing.

I check every coupon for terms and conditions.

Planet 7 took my 5K winnings, claiming I played on excluded games.

The terms of this coupon have an excluded games list, and none of the games I played are on it. I will provide a screen recording of the coupon with all the details if needed.

Additionally, I only ever play with this kind of coupon and played those exact games and won and have been paid before!!!!!

I am worried as my withdrawals keep getting denied and I get no reply to my emails asking why.

I withdrew to my bitcoin address in June and July, four withdrawals. They were all denied and no reason was given.

I then did those withdrawals again in July and yet again they were denied.

I have emailed support more than once and had no reply. There was an auto reply I got on 19th July stating it may take 72 hours to get a reply. That was 21 days ago.

My cashier balance is $7501.

I would like some help from you please.

I won $1745.

I withdrew my withdrawable balance.

A week later, my withdrawal has been denied and my money credited back to me.

There is no communication whatsoever, and I have multiple screenshots to prove that I was screwed by Planet 7.

Everyone, stay away from this scam casino!!

They aren't responding to anything I do.

06/23/25 now I'm being ghosted by a supposed VIP rep on WhatsApp-Eve

06/24/2025 received a WhatsApp message. from a new VIP host who did not provide their name. They informed me they were "escalating my case, so hopefully I will receive my payment in the next couple of days."

Sigh, VIP host then stated, "They were going on vacation."

At this point I think this is probably a hail mary to actually get my payouts but this site has good reviews so here goes nothing.

I have been in a never ending cycle of requesting payouts only to see my withdraws canceled and cash returned to balance. I had a nice win playing slots at Planet 7 Casino and made a withdrawl request on March 21 2025 (pic attached). I patiently waited for a month, nothing. When I checked my account on Apr 23 the request was cancelled and funds back in my account. I asked chat why. I was notified it was because they didnt have my btc addrees. I was asked to make the withdrawal again and send an email confirming my btc address. I did just this on apr 23 (attached is the pic of my 4 requests made on apr 23) I also sent an email on apr 23 that I can provide if necessary, showing confirmation of my btc address for payments. again, I waited very patiently. I checked in on may 8 and again my requests were cancelled. Again I was told my btc address wasnt provided. I provided it when I made the request. I provided it in another email confirmation. Again I was told to resubmit withdrawls. I did. I made my requests and sent another email confimation on may 8. the 3rd time now. I have since checked in with chat through May and have been told everything is good. Now I logged in again june 2 and again my payments were cancelled. Again because they didnt have my btc address. The one I emailed. The one I entered to make the request. The same one I was told was all good through chat. And again, now I've been asked to do it all over again. At this pace I will never see a payment.

I am expecting full payment of the entire 10000 balance that I have requested 3 times now and been waiting months for. Anything less in unacceptable. Payment shall be sent to btc address:

I submitted my withdrawal on 4/7

Today, I checked my account, and the $400 was back in my account.

I reached out to customer service to see why it was rejected they said I had to email my crypto address to them. I asked why if I have withdrawn without issue them before. They informed me that I would have to wait another 2 weeks before getting a refund. That’s frustrating, so I am hoping someone here could help expedite the process.

I tried to reach out to customer service and they have no information but continue to tell me a time we are now past the time frame.

I am at the point. I’m never playing there anymore. Anytime it is time for me to withdraw there are always issues. This has been tiring and not fair. Customer service never has information answers. They all seem to read the script.
