Poor customer support.They do not payout on withdrawals. Customer support will only assist you with making deposits and will hang up on you when asking about your refund. Employees will constantly tell you your documentation is missing something. They will tell you that you payment has been authorized once all the documentation has been received, but you still do not see a payment. They will ignore your emails, phone calls, and online chats requests!

Nothing at all. They are oblivious to what customer service is. Their daily spins even malfunction. If something good here haven’t seen it for myself yet.

Steer clear of this casino if you are looking for fair gaming and don’t want someone stealing your money. Promised a bank wire and a month later still no money, still no pending transactions and still no one getting back to me.

Horrible service. I’m going on two months and haven’t seen my money. All they do is make excuses over and over again. I won 5k on a grand prize, they’ve approved the first 2,500 and are just sitting on it. They said they can’t approve the other 2,500 until the first one is paid.

Everything takes so long, the withdrawals are pending for what seems a long time (I reckon at least a week, tempting you to cancel the withdrawal) and then the time between the withdrawal being processed and arriving in your account is extremely long. Let's put it like this, I withdrew an amount of 17th March and here we are on the 20th April and I've still not seen it in my account. I supplied all documentation as quickly as possible.

So, I've not actually seen any money back in my account yet, but I'm assured it's on its way.

Agree with every negative comment about this site about the withdrawal process. They will reply back at the last minute of your withdrawal time frame to tell you that 1 of your info you've sent through is wrong when its not, and then time frame starts all over again. As for me now I'm on the 7th day out of 10 to see my withdrawal in my bank acct after it was approved 29/3/19. I will return to further comment when time frame is up. Also placed a 2nd withdrawal at same time and that 1 was approved 04/04/19 and got no notification about it at all when it was removed from pending withdrawal. So far very unhappy bout this place.😠

It's fair that's for sure most casinos you win big on the first few tries. But this casino is a tough cookie to crack. A very nice gaming platform which makes navigating the games very easy. Customer support was excellent directly to the point didn't wait very long to get a reply and also kept chat opened until they could see that my problem was sorted which I find to be one of the best acts of customer support shows real time and care goes into helping their customers which for me is a big thing.

Very blotchy I had loads of trouble redeeming coupons and spins won't let me load cashier or anything.
