Bonuses which are good for nothing, since you can’t cash anything out. There really isn’t anything positive that I can say about this site. It is the worst site I have ever played and even if you win you can’t cash out.

No customer service. No cash outs. Been waiting for three months for them to come up with a new excuse every time as to some new request.

Stay away from this site and save your time and money for a real casino. Even if you win, or even if somehow after three months they somehow pay you, your time would have been wasted by playing on their site.

Honestly, I can't find anything about this casino that I like. Only thing is customer service will answer you basically right away. But most of them have no clue what they are talking about. It's like talking to a robot... Nothing but copy and paste answers.

Everything. The payouts are god awful... Sooo slow. It takes forever for them to verify your information. If you withdraw, they take away your ability to redeem promotions. They literally told me, "You are a player who can play for a good amount of time with a single deposit" so they restricted my account to not be able to access their promotions. It's such a joke of a casino, I recommend staying away from them. Look at all of the complaints with people fighting to get their withdrawals... Coming to AskGamblers is really the only way to make sure you get your money.

I gave it 6 stars cause despite the horror stories I have read about the casino, I have had no issues what do ever with them. I signed up eons ago but never actually deposited money which led to me just not even playing or visiting the site, one random day 2 years later I decided to deposit money using a bonus, which I will later realize is NEVER worth it, but non the less, played, didn’t win, eventually deposited a couple more times, all bonuses, I could never get past the play though amount. Got an email for a no rules no max bonus, I tried it, and within 10 minutes turned a $30 deposit with $90 extra bonus into over 5000. I’m convinced the wait times are a way to get players to cancle withdrawals, and borrow from winnings, which in sadly what I did in multiple occasions. Eventually ending at 2000, I had to practice pactience and self control. Long story short, I ended up having a check mailed, which from start to finish took about 2 months to get. But none the less, I did indeed receive my winnings. Properly reads terms and conditions and be patient, you will get your payout.

They always email me back the next day, and I have won huge jackpots on their newer games, and I really hope they pay me out the $20K i have withdrawn. As long as I get paid out I will be happy to do business with them again.

The Hoops they make you jump through are ridiculous. I had to join a new bank because they will not wire money to Wells Fargo. They don't allow any phone calls, everything is via email or Live-chat. This would be fine if they were able to answer all questions correctly. I have provided them with all of the extensive information multiple times, and whenever I try and Live-chat with someone they always tell me they need a document or information that I have already provided. I am expecting 7 payouts of $2500 and then 1 $1000 payout and 1 $1500 payout. I would prefer to just have 8 $2500 payouts but I am worried if I change anything, they will start the process all over again. If they cannot make wire payments to large banks like Wells Fargo, they should make you aware of this before accepting your money.

Planet 7 is by far the worst online casino I tried using a coupon code that they sent me via text it wouldn’t work so I tried live help first person said I had 2 accounts I asked how is that possible I showed him text he ended conversation without explaining anything so another person finally come on she said idk what he was talking about and transferred me to deposit person she looked into my account while she was doing that I showed her text asked her why there deposits were so high she come back on and said I’m kicked off there casino for good and hung up talk about some very unsportsmanlike acts well there online casino is very shady and wouldn’t suggest playing on there also I tried emailing them to ask them why guess what can’t find email now it’s blocked also

I like that this casino has free spins. I also appreciate that there are great games to play and bonuses. Unless you're an "expert," player like me (which I think just means you've actually received winnings) and then you're only allowed to use limited amounts of bonus codes.

It is frustrating that every time I redeem free spins, I'm required to log out and log back in or it will just be endlessly loading until I reset my browser history.
I've calculated from 4 separate winnings, the average time it takes to receive my payment. On average it takes 78.25 days. That is quite literally the worst waiting time period out of all RTG casinos I use. The longest time it took was 119 days, the shortest was 36 days.

This is one of the best casinos that I have ever played on. The RTP is obviously higher than other casinos. The pay out rate back to my ewallet eventually arrives. Customer support is second to no one, excellent...I have never had a losing day at this casino!

The pay out can be a little slow but it will arrive. If your not rushed then play. Maybe 7-10 days to receive an ewallet payment but they don't hide their policy.

Sometimes, when spinning, it lags on the iphone but the game completes, also, you may wait a few hours for a response to an email.

After months of sending and resending documents they were approved only to be told sorry your winnings are not valid due to a discrepancy with my deposit. Are you kidding me... Uggg so after sending a bank statement umpteen times I'm told they never received my deposit. What!! They say my winnings are invalid. So my last resort was to contact ask gamblers. Needless to say I'm supposed to be resending the bank statement to a Tawni who says she sent me a direct email bc that's where I'm to send it directly to her which I never got a email from her so I don't really know where to send it. And I won on a bonus code never even had to deposit any of my own money.

When requesting a withdrawal be prepared to be given the run around for months, multiple people will request the same verification documents required to complete withdrawal and transfer that you have previously sent to multiple email address as requested on multiple occasions.
They love quoting timeframes from their terms and conditions but cannot adhere to them. They will lie and say your payout has been escalated so you wait and wait and wait only to find out nothing has been done. I have been waiting 2 months for a payout with outcome in sight

I joined in March, it was my first online casino experience I guess I read the wrong reviews LOL. After reading these that now explains the experience I have been through since March. I won on my free bonus. I just keep getting the runaround and ask the same questions, and being told that it is being escalated. Today I was told they want to see me be loyal to their Casino, then maybe they'd be more apt to pay me. I said no problem as soon as I see my check. It didn't end very good let's just say that.
