Been playing and have deposited over 100 bucks in the last month and Im still not able to withdrawal and Ive done 3 live chats with customer service ..

I sent all documents and forms as were required and they wanted to continue to tell me that they dont have them when I sent screenshots of proof that I sent them in, and waited longer then the required days.. The whole casino is bs and unprofessional. Worst online casino by far.. they are easy to take money but try to play you and take ages when it comes to your winnings.

Avoid this casino, takes ages to pay anything, and when you finally are paid, they have taken chunks of your winnings and make up some excuse that youve never heard of or made aware of. AVOID!

Planet7 casino does not pay. I have been trying to get my withdrawal for about 6 weeks now and have not received funds. Go to online help desk and they say send questions to generic payment email. I advise to stay away from planet7 casino. All I get is the run around. Wasted quite a bit of money at planet7. Lesson learned.

Nice casino. Play and win often. Quick to take money out of your account for deposits. I’ve one quite a few times. Close to 5 times and have received my money through bitcoin pretty quickly. But now I can not use bitcoin so it is going to take even longer now.

When you do win it takes forever for you to receive your winnings. I have had a withdrawal of $2,500 that I requested with bitcoin on October 24, 2018. It was approved but I wasn’t allowed to withdrawal using bitcoin for whatever reason. I was contacted about changing my withdrawal. So it just sat in my account for almost two weeks before I came to the chat asking what was going on. So now my two options were, receive a check OR get a wire transfer which I really didn’t want to do either so I agreed to a wire transfer but they couldn’t transfer money to the bank I belonged with so I was forced to open up a new bank account in a bank they can wire money to or request a check but wasn’t looking to walk into my bank with a big check like that from an unknown issuer. So I choose to open up a bank account on November 8th, I then sent over my account information to their financial department via email and within 40 minutes I received an email back saying that they updated my withdrawals information and sent the money to their third party processors. Thinking I would receive the money within a day or two. Well it is now November 13 and I still haven’t received my money and everytime I go back to the live chat I keep getting the whole “we sent the money there isn’t anything more we can do from our end. You will just have to wait”

Everytime is always a time frame. Never a definite answer. Always a run around!

They gave me a $50 no deposit bonus when I complained about not recieving my free spins.

The $50 "bonus" had a min/max capped withdraw amount! If I won anything over that it would be zeroed out of my account once I choose to withdraw! I couldn't withdraw less than $100 either! The bonuses seem good but they have catches that no other online casino has. That is the absolute worst I have come across! You also can't get withdraws paid back to your registered credit card which means o ly a bank transfer or by e-wallet which I don't have. Bank transfer cost me a lot in bank fees so that isn't desirable. Not a great casino.

Trying to get your winnings is brutal experience. One of the worst in all my experiences with online gaming. Expect a minimum of one month to receive any payouts and that's if you're lucky enough to have all your paperwork in order. Before you even deposit be sure to send all paperwork in and verify it's processed. Be prepared for a long wait. A ridiculous long wait.

If you win and used a bonus said bonus amount will be subtracted from your winnings.

They sent me email to join their site and get a $50 free chip and when I did that following the link from email the money was never available. Then keeps poping up a message that I had free spins in a game and I played that assuming that the $50 was still going to be credited. Payouts are long....much longer than stated on website. You will see the term "escalated" for several weeks before actually getting to the processors for payouts. Worst issue I have is once an undetermined amount of winnings have been withdrawn, treatment of player(s) are for the worse in the form of revoked bonuses and free spins. If this detrimental treatment had not have occurred, I would happily be patient for the long payouts and continue to deposit and play. This soured the review, which would otherwise be 6-7 stars.

Its now been 5 days, and I still do not have an answer. I requested bitcoin, haven't played a cent since requesting, and have all documentation approved. This is insane.

I've been a patron at Planet 7 for about a year now, and can safely say that after testing out numerous online casinos, they have some of the best match bonuses available. Their slots & table games also feel fair in the sense that they do pay out instead of slowly sucking your bankroll dry as others tend to do. Enabling Bitcoin as a withdrawal option (instead of deposit only) could help alleviate some of the withdrawal time issues. I'm listing this as a negative here as the site lists Bitcoin withdrawal as an option, but upon choosing the option I received an email stating it was not available. A note to future patrons: opt to set up wire transfer instead of having to deal with receiving checks that some banks may not accept. Also, before making a deposit, BE SURE that the casino will do wire transfers to your bank (chat with a casino rep or to about your bank to determine this).

There are some tacked-on fees regarding withdrawal requests that are somewhat extensive. For each processed withdrawal I've been hit with about $100 in fees... Those who withdraw small amounts of winnings may have their earnings washed away entirely by these fees.

I can't get paid my winnings and the people who respond to chat have been very rude several times. When I asked about my winnings they said we'll look at it his way the food gates have opened. What I dislike is the fact that my bonuses were removed... Can't get paid. Been waiting since April, they sent check which was blacklisted by US banks, so sent wire info that they requested and been waiting since June. When I ask the online chat daily about the status, they give me a different answer everyday from you got paid already to they are still working on wire transfer. Sometimes they answer emails and most of the time they don't . At a $1800 loss here and don't know what my other options are. Won't be playing here again as this has been such a disaster. So, warning to other players, don't play because you won't get any winnings.....

I've been in complete frustration over trying to get my documents in order. Have sent multiple times then get weird messages saying this or that is not right. You MUST have a utility bill! At first I was told on chat a doctor bill would be ok as I did not have a utility bill. Later I was told that a utility bill is a MUST and if I dont pay utility in my name then a signed statement should be included with the utility bill. I read that I was to SCAN my ID and Bank cards , front and back. So I did that. I kept getting messages that they were not legible tho I own a nice scanner and you could read every detail. Finally in chat I was told to try taking pictures with a cell phone. Weird! SO I sent those on and praying my documents will FINALLY be in order, 6 weeks later! In the meantime my withdrawals come up for review and keep getting put back in my account. So now we're at 8 days for one of the pending withdrawals so we'll see how it goes!

I wanted to give a HEADS UP here for those who are thinking of depositing and reading reviews. Something I had trouble with understanding at first . There is such a thing as MIXING FUNDS. You have to be VERY careful not to do it or you'll get frustrated and disappointed when it comes time to withdraw. You cant receive new bonus or chips etc. unless your balance is under $5. Click under Active bonus to see if you've met your playthrough. Keep an eye on them and make your withdraw when you've met them and THEN make another deposit. I didnt understand this is how it works at first and played through LOTS of money when I could've used bonuses. Also use no deposit bonuses or free chips inbetween your deposits. Ask about them on chat. They are very helpful for that!

Slow pay / No pay. Runaround excuses by agents. Ineptitude in general, specifically in the way handoffs are managed between agents and Accounts Payable. Interminable delay of payment.

Level 2 VIP is an acronym for "Sucker". Every call/chat results in an "Escalation" of Payouts, yet the elevator never leaves the basement. It took 4 months to get a check for $402. Currently have 3 pending payouts totaling around $1000, with one "Approval" dating back in mid-February!!! I check every Friday to play "Where's Planet 7 Hiding My Money", to their annoyance and my perpetual frustration. On one such Chat, a Planet 7 representative with a Vietnam Caller ID guaranteed I would be paid by next Friday.(That was early April, no payment has been made).

They are equally inept whether paying by check, bank wire, or Bitcoin...I've tried all three. If anyone enjoys reading, I have saved all the Chat Transcripts and will gladly post them to expose this scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!!!

Withdrawals take forever, I asked for $700 the first time didn't understand how it works so just gave up. Then I asked for $220 on march 30th 2017 I sent in all my documents was denied, then I asked again for the $220 sent the documents to two different emails address again denied. The payout process is ridiculous. I had to send in the documents that they asked for nine different times to five different email addresses and a fax number. My first payout took just over three months of me contacting the m every single day. They will give you all kinds of different email addresses to send anything to, ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and there were one or two other ones that I don't remember) promising that that will be theone that works and that it has been escalated to a manager. I was told that for almost seven weeks before it showed that it was escalated.

Most of the time, the customer service reps were rude. And out of the 19 or 20 times that I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no all but three or four of them. They lied constantly, saying that the payment had been sent, and then the next day when I checked again just to make sure, they said that it hadn't and wouldn't be for at least a week. They payout process was just ridiculous.
