Trying to get your winnings is brutal experience. One of the worst in all my experiences with online gaming. Expect a minimum of one month to receive any payouts and that's if you're lucky enough to have all your paperwork in order. Before you even deposit be sure to send all paperwork in and verify it's processed. Be prepared for a long wait. A ridiculous long wait.

If you win and used a bonus said bonus amount will be subtracted from your winnings.

They sent me email to join their site and get a $50 free chip and when I did that following the link from email the money was never available. Then keeps poping up a message that I had free spins in a game and I played that assuming that the $50 was still going to be credited. That didn't happen and when I contacted their rude live support I was told that only 1 free bonus is available and because I played the 20 FS I would not get the $50. I never asked for the FS and just joined because of the $50 and I told their support what I really think of their site. Don't waste your time with them

The worst experience trying to get my withdrawal. I sent Everything in they require and after 10 emails no one has it. No 2 people give you the correct information. I'm waiting this out to get my little 400.00 then I won't be back. It's ridiculous

Right now? Nothing. My suggestion to everyone is to register, submit your documents right away because they will give you the runaround for as long as humanly possible, then play with all the good bonuses. If you win, cash out and then just stop playing, just walk away.

Besides the fact that withdrawals take much, much longer than they advertise, this casino, along with others like coolcat, like to change their customer's player status with no warning and without notification.

Apparently you can be a VIP as long as you don't win. I made one pretty small withdrawal request and now all of a sudden I'm an "experienced player" that doesn't need the help of good bonuses anymore.

And as annoying as that is, what's worse is that they don't tell you that's happened, so you can't make an informed decision about your deposit. You don't find out until the bonus codes just stop working.

There are no plus, when they take over 2 months to pay and you get 730 out of 2000 all it does is make you feel sick, mad and sad.

Payouts are long....much longer than stated on website. You will see the term "escalated" for several weeks before actually getting to the processors for payouts. Worst issue I have is once an undetermined amount of winnings have been withdrawn, treatment of player(s) are for the worse in the form of revoked bonuses and free spins. If this detrimental treatment had not have occurred, I would happily be patient for the long payouts and continue to deposit and play. This soured the review, which would otherwise be 6-7 stars.

Its now been 5 days, and I still do not have an answer. I requested bitcoin, haven't played a cent since requesting, and have all documentation approved. This is insane.

I've been a patron at Planet 7 for about a year now, and can safely say that after testing out numerous online casinos, they have some of the best match bonuses available. Enabling Bitcoin as a withdrawal option (instead of deposit only) could help alleviate some of the withdrawal time issues. I'm listing this as a negative here as the site lists Bitcoin withdrawal as an option, but upon choosing the option I received an email stating it was not available. A note to future patrons: opt to set up wire transfer instead of having to deal with receiving checks that some banks may not accept. Also, before making a deposit, BE SURE that the casino will do wire transfers to your bank (chat with a casino rep or to about your bank to determine this).

There are some tacked-on fees regarding withdrawal requests that are somewhat extensive. For each processed withdrawal I've been hit with about $100 in fees... Those who withdraw small amounts of winnings may have their earnings washed away entirely by these fees.
