I have placed a withdrawal on the 20th of October for $300 and it's still pending have been sending emails but no response. Live chat has said they will escalate it but when I followed up the agent said the escalation has received no feedback. Funny how they are quick to take your deposit but are extremely slow to payout your winnings

After reading all the reviews, I almost start thinking I have been playing at another casino than other people.
I made a deposit with Bitcoin, went through very fast under two minutes. I lost my deposit, but I got some free spins that had 5x wager and no Max cashout. I won 1535$ and requested a withdrawal. The kyc of my account was completed in under 10 minutes. My withdrawal took a bit longer around 7 days, and I got them in my Bitcoin wallet same day it got approved. So I was very happy about that. Very limited selection of slots, but I like to play RTG slots sometimes. So thumbs up from me. I would of course prefer faster cashout but I am ok with it.

Started winning in 2020. Now I have to go through customer service which is clueless. Since I am ahead of the casino they now have made me an Advanced Skilled Player. I can only pick from 3 coupons, which were 20X playthrough and no max cash out. I got my winnings 2 weeks ago, which took 2 months, thanks to ASKGAMBLERS, and I finally won again on Saturday, but they had changed my coupons to 40X playthrough and only 10X deposit. Which mean I made a $35 deposit had to play it 40X and could only cash out $350. It is apparent this casino does not want my business anymore. It took 7 years to start winning. I lose money waiting on my pendings and cannot recoup it with those coupon terms. Sad part is after all this loyalty no one told me anything. I no longer get comp points, my loyalty bonus is half of my deposit. Very sad to be treated like this after all these years. So if you are looking for a casino to be loyal to you.......stay away!!!!!!

Variety of games to play, other than that there really isn't much of anything positive about this casino. Pay out times are slow but they are quick to get your money though.

Layout of site is good, games are good. Payouts little bit slow, but have had no issues with this site. Live chat swift and helpful. Playthrough requirements are reasonable, bonuses are good, and unlike other casinos when you win they do not (or have not yet) stopped me taking bonus.

Nothing really else to report that I don't like at this site, and was surprised when I saw the negative reviews.

- Welcome bonus, but you'll see why this is actually a con.

- They USED to have live support. At least then you could talk to somebody, but that was over two weeks ago.

- Casino does not have any support available unless you deposit. You can not reach them by live chat or phone, and their e-mail servers do not work so your e-mails will be rejected.

- Over 14 days and counting, still no payout on my $100 winnings on a welcome bonus.

-When I first started on the casino, their support e-mails responded. After I completed the entire identification and verification process, they no longer respond to any of my e-mails.

Stay away. Everything about this casino says scam, especially the information they request for certain withdrawal methods.

A great variety of games and good software. Good response times on chat and emails. Great bonuses and on a good day it is easy to win. Network availability is good.

It takes forever to get paid. No matter how many times you escalate it does no good. I switched back to Sloto'Cash casino even though I had an issue with them they do payout in a couple of weeks. I don't understand why the long delays. A simple SQL query or daily report should be all it takes to verify the winnings and a simple check for documents. They take your cash instantly and then require weeks and even months to pay you. RIDICULOUS!

I actually won money, and after collecting winnings of 6k, I was downgraded from VIP1, and am no longer allowed to use promotions. The T&C claims if you are deemed by the casino to be a "professional" you cannot play with promotions (bonuses). This is ridiculous. It goes without saying we all play and at times pay good money in order to actually win. Also, my winnings were $14k. I gave 8k BACK to the casino.

Regarding payouts: the entire process was beyond brutal. I asked upon joining what I could proactively do to expedite any winning withdrawals. I was provided only the credit card authorization form. After winning, I had to come to Askgamblers for help to get my money. The casino makes it extremely hard to get your winnings, and they violated their T&C regarding payouts.

Regarding customer service: All the casino hosts are extremely pleasant. That said, they can provide nothing more than scripted, canned responses of "will escalate", "check back in 3 days", only to be told again "will escalate" and "check back in 3 days" and on and on. I have saved chats that are pages long, with nothing but unhelpful communication.

After I joined they actually removed their phone support, and responses to emails ceased. So you can only chat with very nice folks who can't provide real answers.
It's too bad as I liked playing at Planet7. Needless to say, I've closed my account.
