A lot of good slots. Good bonuses. Big payouts if play a decent bet. I've won 2500 and 5000 in last month and been paid via bank wire.
You must be aware of what bonus you use because of restrictions. I use no max cashout bonuses usually 200% match. If you use a higher one there is probably a max cashout of 10x. They are very open about it and you can talk live chat very quickly and they are very nice and honest.
The negative reviews are mostly from people winning on restricted bonuses. This is the only online casino that I have cashed out on. After you give all the docs they can bank wire in about 5 days for me. Don't bother with check. It's gambling people, you can't win every time. But I have successfully won and got paid multiple times. I've played them all. I recommend talking to live chat before depositing they will help you. BTW the 2500 was won on Achilles and 5000 on Nova 7's. Also my normal deposit is only around $50. Play until your up then up your bet! Good luck.
Not winning the BIG ONE! The interface needs some work. Some games wont maximize or adjust sound.

LiveChat is a completely and utterly shocking joke! They're constantly always disconnecting me from chat. Response is way too too slow. Payouts is super slow, even with a wire transfer! Still waiting for a wire transfer of $2,500 and have yet to get any firm response from LiveChat, regarding the current status of my payment.

I have been waiting on a withdrawal since the beginning of August. Every time I speak to a representative they give me the run around. They are full of scams. I don't understand how it is so easy for us to deposit money from our accounts but when we want our winnings it's a big game. I would not recommend this online casino and I won't be depositing again. A waste of money.
I have found that when you win there is always some sort of rule that makes you unable to withdrawal any of the money you won fairly. I won $1000 and tried to request a check and today I learned that I used "mixed promotions" so they took the money completely away and I will not a see a dime of it. A complete scam. You can't use any of their promotions to actually win but every time you log in it is asking you to "click here for free spins". Had I realized with all their convoluted rules that by clicking on those it would void me from actually winning anything real I would have never done it. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. On top of that I had to contact them on the status of the withdrawal because they give no information and no one bothered to contact me to let me know it wasn't going to happen.

This casino and I would guess all of their sister casinos are cheating players.I am now certain of it. I have made a couple deposits at this casino to the tune of about 500 bucks. I was winning and at one point.I now kick myself for not cashing out. I lost all of it, I couldn't win a spin on any game. Completely ridiculous and I was beyond frustrated. I will bet money that you will also see com surrogate pop up over and over again- (I always right click it and end task and it returns moments later to change the reels).
The other issue that I have.I have never had an organizations tell me that they need photo copies of my credit card, front and back, a photo copy of a bill to prove my home address, a photo copy of my liscense...I was extremely uncomfortable to send off photos of this stuff, alls someone needs now is my ss# and they have everything one would need to steal an identity.
Like most people, I enjoy the quality of the slots and graphics. My most recent love is Pirate Isle. I can easily get over $1500 ahead - but just as easily loose it.
Like everyone else, the payout speed has been horrible. They claim it takes 2 days to process your request which means the money sits there for 3 days - an easy target to go back and gamble with. I went through my $1500 winnings this wa (bad me ;-) - then there is 7 days before they send the check - well supposed to be. It's been 12 and they still have not sent mine. 3) It is a bit sketchy when they tell you not to tell the bank that the money is from an online casino.
Once they have your winnings, you can reach out and chat with support, sure -but they say the same thing there's nothing they can do - I reached out to ally who is supposed to be taking care of these delays, but just got a form email saying there are delays. When you are given a bonus, if you win the bonus is deducted from your winnings. Better to play with your own money.

Even Though depositing is easy I can't say the same for withdrawal. I have been attempting to make a withdrawal since 8/8/16. I was denied several times due to "documents", I have sent everything needed multiple times to every email I can get.
I connect with chat everyday not to be a nuisance but to get a insight on the status. If I were given a email on the status or a update I wouldn't even bother.

That is complete BS. My first payout was approved Aug. 3. It is now the 16th. I'm still waiting for my check. Heck, I'm still waiting for my payout "sent" email.
I requested another payout on Aug 6. Still hasn't been approved. Live Chat no help: "We will escalate and it will be approved within 24 hours." That did not happen. Both of my emails to support, which promises to answer you back within one business day, have been ignored for days. Live Chat still no help: "I'm sure it will be approved shortly."
Bottom line: I love playing here, but I'm not going to anymore because of the false info on their website about payouts. I have yet to decide if the process is slow, or if the casino has simply disappeared off the face of the earth. I would not recommend this casino to any U.S. player.
