Please see the attached confirmation of completion of playthrough by two different agents


I can confirm I used a $100 max/min cashout coupon.

I was previously told my withdrawal would be canceled since I had outstanding playthrough of $883 however on Wednesday I played Vegas and played down all playthrough.

I subsequently enquired first and two different agents told me all playthrough was completed and I then initiated a withdrawal and my withdrawal was canceled since Ron Hart was very rude and told me today my playthrough was never completed and that's why my $100 was taken away.

I find that to be very unfair as I did enquire first again on Wednesday before doing another withdrawal.

Please reverse my $100 winnings as the casino even removed my $100 winnings and revoked my account.

Firstly speaking of the Slotmadness, Casinomeister found that Slotmadness is unlicensed and unregulated, infact I made a $43 deposit to that casino and won $600 and didn't receive any of it, regardless of the $43 being my own funds. Speaking of Fraud the same owner of Slotmadness was convicted of fraud in the 90s. It appears that planet7 also follow the same modus operandi as Slotmadness. Infact I was a verified member at both casinos, the only difference is Slotmadness had previously paid me $100, and planet7 casino paid me nothing at all. To say a member committed fraud and not allegedly is a statement that is both defamatory and harmful and your casino can be held liable for those harmful statements legally as this is a public platform. I dispute i committed any fraud and have taken a screen shot of those harmful comments by u Tawni. All your casinos are found to be unregulated and infact you require a verification deposit before winners are paid out. Askgamblers please have a look at this too, as legitimate casinos will never ask for any deposit before you are paid. Speaking of not receiving a dime, I vow to you that you had made things worse for your casino and also Slotmadness and the return both casinos will be paid will be much higher.

To say I'm surprised that you've filed another complaint against one of our casinos would be an understatement. The last time you lodged a complaint (with Slot Madness), it was found that you were committing fraud against the casino...and you were subsequently banned.

As a result, you are permanently banned from all of our casinos and this includes Planet 7. Any funds in this account have been voided--you will not receive one single dime from us.
