Pirateplay Casino - PiratePlay Casino 1260 Euros Declined Withdrawal

Hello,

During the month of December 2022, I found out about PiratePlay casino and I started depositing and playing some casino games. I have made deposits with a total value of 1040 euro, from which around 50% were deposited using my Skrill account, and 50% using my Muchbetter account.

Because I am an experienced player and know how things go, I verified my account, and then I tried to make a withdrawal. That is when the "horror" started. The first 2-3 times, my withdrawal was declined because I used the wrong "email address", which is nonsense because you can't withdraw money using a Skrill email that I haven't used. I have submitted screenshots to the live chat agents from my verified skrill account showing that my Skrill account is connected with 3 of my emails:< emails removed >

Then, they told me that they have an issue with Skrill withdrawals (which I really doubt), and they told me that I should choose another method. Then, I tried to make another withdrawal, but this time via my MuchBetter account. I did that, and again, it was declined and I was told again that I have to use my Skrill account. Then, I received an email that there was some issue with "my Skrill account", which is not true. I spoke with an agent about that the same they, and I have been told that there aren't any issues (I will add the chat transcript below), even though the email that I received the same day stated otherwise. Then, I was told to again try to withdraw via Skrill, and as you can guess, I did that and my withdrawal was declined again.

I tried to speak with them both on live chat and via email to let me withdraw via Muchbetter, since they have "problems via Skrill". They are refusing to let me withdraw via Muchbetter, and they are telling me to use my bank account, which I have never used for neither of my accounts, plus, I never gamble with money from the bank. I am trying to deal with this issue for 1 month, and they are just continuing to mess with me by giving me different excuses every day, and telling me to try to withdraw before declining my withdrawals.

Below, I will provide screenshots of the emails, live chat transcripts, my verified status on pirateplay, my verified skrill account, etc.

Now they are pushing me to withdraw via bank account after I told them that I never use it, plus, there is no option in my withdrawal section.

I tried many times to deal with them, but since I can see that they are not planning to give me my money, even though my profit is only 220 euros! You will see in the chat with Stefania that she explains that I have to use Skrill because I made a profit with my Skrill deposit, and now they are telling me to withdraw using the bank.

That's why, please help me withdraw my money via Skrill or Muchbetter, since I have never used other deposit methods.

There is actually not much I like about this casino. If I must say one thing, I like their name - as it's clearly based on thepiratebay.

This must be the worst crypto casino I have played at so far. Basically no loyalty program. Wagering requirements to get a "loot box" is ridiculous, and when you first get one after wagering thousands of dollars, it's 10 free spins worth 10 cents each. Almost impossible to reach their customer support. They also have wagering requirements on your deposits, even though you have no bonus active. also, they have a lot of bugs on their site. It seems pretty much unfinished.

Not much, fast withdraws if you manage to win, I've had 1 withdraw but deposited many Many many times over the months. Not even a big variety of games really. However I tried many times to make it my main casino I play at, but that's impossible trust me.

There is a lot I dislike, firstly live chat they literally have no idea what they're doing, no people skills at all, the best you will get from live chat is a copy and pasted message. And if you asks to speak to a manager or someone else there is no chance at all, there is nothing for loyal players like at all not one single thing, they have some loot box thing but you literally could lose $2000 and they will give you 5 freespins at 10 cents a spin from the loot box, sometimes I'm sure I'm not getting across to them when I try to reach out because the replies are so ridiculous that they could not be serious, but apparently that's the way they are, every now and then when I have lost quite a bit I would ask for like a cash bonus or something and not once have gotten a response, it's literally the same copy and paste every single time.
One time however I got lucky and was emailed by someone higher up than the fools in live chat, I can't remember her name but she was very very helpful and polite. However since then I have not been able to contact her and live chat won't pass me onto her. I'm guessing she got fired for helping a customer.

So to sum up if you bet a lot or often don't play here.
If you would like a bit of a bonus every now and again don't play here.
I'd you want to be treated like a person when contacting support don't play here,.
If you would like a deposit match or something there is none, like not ever after the welcome bonus there's no deposit matches on weekends or anything.
Also half the time live chat is not even online, maybe more than half the time actually lol. So just find a better casino because I've never received any customer support or even a bonus and I been playing here for months

I came across Pirateplay casino a few weeks ago. I was looking for a new casino to join and noticed their name. After a bit of investigation, I saw that they;re a part of the Dama NV group so I was very interested in trying them out. The casino lobby looked quite elegant and posh- it was all in dark colors and I think they're going with a VIP/ exclusive look with this brand.

I noticed that the casino offers games from Netent, Play'n Go, Nolimit City and other providers, so I signed up and made a deposit of 30 euros. I did consider claiming their welcome bonus offer but decided not to. For your first deposit you get a 100% match bonus and also 2 loot boxes- these boxes are special perks where you can get different prizes. I've seen a few casinos having such loot boxes but never really explored them much. Regardless, the bonus couldn't be claimed with Skrill ewallet and also had a wagering of 25x deposit + bonus which was a big high for my liking.

Love this site, I think it just might be my luckiest casino. So far I've made 3 deposits totalling $1200, and made withdrawals of $17,000. There is a good selection of slots to play, although many providers are not available in my region. I like the loot box system where your rewards are given to you without any wagering or other limitations, you can withdraw immediately if you so choose to. Support is very helpful... there was a problem with the website that impacted their withdrawal via bank transfer page, but they escalated it to their developer and it was solved quickly. Wide array of deposit and withdrawal mechanisms are available... just note that you will need to use the same method to withdraw as you made the deposit.

Withdrawals are capped at 7500 Euro a fortnight, and 15000 euro a month, so that might annoy highrollers. Because of the Loot box system, instead of a traditional tiered VIP scale, there doesn't appear to be a way to level up to higher withdrawal limits. It's a new Casino so not sure if that is in the works or not.

Very cool site, love the loot boxes. Good casino if you want to play with crypto/bitcoin. I deposited once with VISA as well, just like CASINOLOVER717 did above, and also withdrew with bank transfer, but that's standard no? I've never seen a casino that withdraws on visa.

So far so good, have only withdrawn once which went smooth, but we'll see later on. Only thing I can think of so far is that they don't have Novomatic games, which would be super.

The layout of the site is very cool and the main casino games are on the site. Interesting Loot Box loyalty scheme although it gives low valued spins only.

The payment methods are not properly configured, I made a deposit via VISA but I cannot withdraw from it, I should use a bank transfer. Only 1 welcome bonus nothing else, poor promotions offer. Support is not very helpful.
