Pelaa Casino - Funds missing Pelaa

I writing this complaint to report Peela Casino. I won £430 and proceeded to request the withdrawal of the money on the 1st of August 2021 and then I received an email saying the withdrawal was successful, on the 2nd of August, saying the funds would be paid into the account that I used to make my last deposit. The method I used was Apple Pay linked with a Monese virtual card. After a few days without receiving my funds I contacted customer support many times and at some point, they requested a bank statement which I immediately sent to them. I’ve been told by the customer support that the funds were missing and that the relevant department was investigating it however after 3 weeks of trying to receive the payment I decided to look for further help in another online casino named Vegashero which is associated with Peela casino and the reason why I did this was because I closed my account with Peela casino when I felt there was lack of support/information about this issue. When contacting Vegashero I felt there was more support, so after another week Vegashero customer support told me that the department that was undertaking the investigation at Peela casino said that I have cancelled the withdrawal and played the funds already which isn’t true or make any sense as I received the confirmation email of the withdrawal I never went back to play that money. Knowing as well that the new regulations don’t let players cancel withdrawals after this have been requested. So I asked Vegashero to continue the investigation because I never played the money or received it in my bank account and I also sent them the emails exchanged with Peela casino. On that same day I received an email from Peela Casino saying that the funds were found and the problem was solved and they proceeded with a manual transfer of the funds to my bank account which could take up to 5 working days to reach my bank. So I writing this complaint today because after a month of trying I still haven’t received the money and it’s been now 5 working days.

I would please like to ask for support in solving this issue as it’s within my right to paid the money I won after all the deposits I made in that casino.

The thing about this casino is sure, it has a lot of great games, but I think it can still be improved. Nevertheless, I had quite a fun time when visiting, and I really recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried the numerous casino games available yet.

Biggest flaw: There aren't a lot of games to choose from. To me, it hinders on becoming one of my favourite casino sites to visit because of that fact. Other than that, still pretty cool all things considered.

I am pleasant surprised how this casino made me feel.
I am a new player and yesterday I had very much luck! I had 2 withdrawals in one day. Neil the account manager needed two documents for the withdrawal and like a hour later both withdrawals were fast in my bank account and he gave me a what’s app message that that my verification and documents were approved. The made me feel like I was important as a customer!

Furthermore I like the layout of the casino the blue color. Nothing bad to say about my first experience with Pelaa casino !!🍀👍🏽

The Genesis Group of casinos was one of the first casinos I discovered when I started gambling online. All was great after numerous little withdrawals but then I won a couple of big wins and all the stalling started!! These casinos are want to take their time verifying you then they start there 72 hours to process a withdrawal and if your withdrawal is still there they will even reverse it back to ur casino account and say ur payment method failed to try a different withdrawal option just so ur 72 hours start all over again. Constantly trying to make excuses so you can go and cancel your pending withdrawal and hope you lose it all!!! Just don’t do it and ride it out eventually they end up paying out but it’s a definite waiting game

Nice looking site and good selection of games to play. All seem to run smoothly. Could maybe have some more bonuses like daily ones to keep players coming back.

The withdrawal time, I've no problem paying the small withdrawal fee if the times were much quicker.

If I'm paying to withdraw money then I expect it to be in my account within a couple of hours or the next day latest. But on all of my withdrawals they took around 4 days which is why I've not rated higher as this is the only negative this casino has.

Nice looking site, loads of great games, easy fast deposits. Despite what others have said, I find the RTP to be fair. I have won a fair amount at Pelaa but have never withdrawn, so I can't comment on that side of the site.

No live chat, only email or telephone contact (Is it still the late 90's?!) I'm not going to call an ONLINE casino.
Emails could do with being answered in a more timely manner also. Although they offer bonuses on occasion, these require you to make a deposit in order to claim. I truly believe that if you stay loyal & deposit frequently at an online casino, you should be rewarded in way of cash bonuses or free spins. And I know they have a weekly free spin offer, but to be honest, it's pretty lame. 20 free spins ain't gonna win you much (unless you are really lucky) The weekly offer should reflect what you have spent throughout the week and not just the same amount of spins for all.

The worst part of this casino however, are the withdrawal fees. Again, are we still in the 90's?! No one should still be charging fees in this day & age. It's completely unnecessary and quite frankly, greedy!

They have a good variety of providers and games which is positive. They also have good choices for deposit and withdrawal which I like. There is nothing more that is positive.

Where to start, I do not like cheating casinos and genesis casinos have gone downhill. Was strange that on 13th April Netent games were down for all casinos but not Pelaa, I know this as I lost 3000 nok on a game that I should never of been able to play, customer service even admitted they had problems but will they refund my money no of course not. Took over 10 minutes in chat to close my account. Keep away from this and all genesis casinos they are not to be trusted. They also have no clue about rapid transfer needed to show proof of my rapid transfer account....it took 20 minutes to explain that such thing does not exist it goes straight from my bank account not from my skrill account...what a joke.

I like Pelaa casino since they are also available on mobile. Although the game crashed on me a few times and works slow (though I don't know if it's my internet or what). Site has simple interface. Trying to raise my account so I can have better perks. keeping at 7.5 stars for future development

The iPhone application works without any lagging and the customer support actually responds to the question without a pre made robotic response. game selection is decent

RTP is not their fault but it is really bad. I had to make several deposits before I was able to make a withdrawal, it took them 5 days to validate my account, I was able to block the account and not lose but then the big problems came, they wanted to confirm that I did not have a gaming issue? I just blocked the account while they were stalling the verification. A very bad experience, I closed the account as I have no trust in them.
