Pelaa Casino - Funds missing Pelaa

I writing this complaint to report Peela Casino. I won £430 and proceeded to request the withdrawal of the money on the 1st of August 2021 and then I received an email saying the withdrawal was successful, on the 2nd of August, saying the funds would be paid into the account that I used to make my last deposit. The method I used was Apple Pay linked with a Monese virtual card. After a few days without receiving my funds I contacted customer support many times and at some point, they requested a bank statement which I immediately sent to them. I’ve been told by the customer support that the funds were missing and that the relevant department was investigating it however after 3 weeks of trying to receive the payment I decided to look for further help in another online casino named Vegashero which is associated with Peela casino and the reason why I did this was because I closed my account with Peela casino when I felt there was lack of support/information about this issue. When contacting Vegashero I felt there was more support, so after another week Vegashero customer support told me that the department that was undertaking the investigation at Peela casino said that I have cancelled the withdrawal and played the funds already which isn’t true or make any sense as I received the confirmation email of the withdrawal I never went back to play that money. Knowing as well that the new regulations don’t let players cancel withdrawals after this have been requested. So I asked Vegashero to continue the investigation because I never played the money or received it in my bank account and I also sent them the emails exchanged with Peela casino. On that same day I received an email from Peela Casino saying that the funds were found and the problem was solved and they proceeded with a manual transfer of the funds to my bank account which could take up to 5 working days to reach my bank. So I writing this complaint today because after a month of trying I still haven’t received the money and it’s been now 5 working days.

I would please like to ask for support in solving this issue as it’s within my right to paid the money I won after all the deposits I made in that casino.

Another fantastic casino, probably my favourite with Casino cruise. They have a decent variety of games, as well as nice match bonuses (usually 25-100%) via email on a regular basis. Only small deposits required for welcome bonuses, which is nice to see when there's other sites requiring £20+ to be eligible (E.g Whitehat casinos).

I look forward to playing again with Pelaa in the future.

As mentioned with Casino cruise, the 80p withdrawal fee is annoying for those playing with smaller accounts, but is a minor implication. Other than that, I can't think of any issues.

Signed up at this strangely named casino after seeing it on the top casinos list here at AskGamblers and also because it is part of the Genesis group, whom I’ve been having quite a bit of fun playing with recently. I was disappointed to learn there is only a single stage welcome bonus on here at this brand, but figured I’d go ahead and sign up and play anyway.

I love the look of this place, super modern and works really well across all of my devices. I ended up playing here for several days on my phone during the week, which is quite unusual for me, but I seemed to be unusually lucky and found a bunch of games I haven’t seen in quite a while that were available here. Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Elk Studios, Lightning Box and Oryx are a few of the less commonly found slot providers on offer here, as well as the more common Microgaming, NetEnt, Quickspin and Play N Go slots. It’s a really good selection of slots for sure and I was really pleased to find that the small selection of table games and video poker on offer here are high quality versions. Microgamings video poker is so far ahead of the competition even after all these years that I find it somewhat laughable personally.

Thankfully the things that really matter to me – withdrawal time and quality of support, are top notch here as well. I made my first deposit using my card but failed to clear wagering with my bonus so used Skrill after that, and all three of the withdrawal requests I have made so far have all been received in under half an hour. Getting verified was a bit of a pain, but support were always available immediately when I needed them during the process, though in fairness it was during the week I can’t say if they would be quite so good at peak/weekend times.

I haven’t been a member long enough yet to say if they offer much in the way of ongoing promotions for their depositing players, but I suspect based on my experience of the other Genesis casinos I’ll be lucky to receive much more than the odd reload bonus. Still a great casino though, despite the silly name 😊

Amazing casino. The customer service is the best I have encountered. All the agents and account managers are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of great bonuses and spins, quick safe deposits and withdrawals. Great game selection with a massive range of slots which is what I tend to use mostly. Really modern and slick casino design. Top class.

Some of the jackpot games are a little slow to load and sometimes time out. Maybe this is down to my connection though, I'm not sure. The way the games are categorised, it would be nice to have them done by game provider as some free spins you receive are only to NetEnt so to have the range of games all in one list would be good. No major negatives at all.

The casino itself is just ok in my opinion… It has many games that I know already.. The ones I know are always at the top. There are many games to choose from so the site is ok most of the time for me. Good thing I can play for free also.. I log in and play games but will not with my phone..

I do not recommend this casino .. especially for phone. when I play on my laptop the game will not crash.. It will crash on games like game of Thrones after a while. It is not my internet the problem here.. My screen becomes black, i try to reload it many times on my phone browser and it only refreshes. Very not convenient… I am using Iphone 7.. Pls fix this issue so i don’t have to use my laptop.

Lots of games, site works reasonably well. Provides a bonus and free spins, however this is where things don't go well for the client as the terms and conditions are pretty much impossible to attain.

I had won and requested a withdrawal, so after about a week, I inquired. Received response, I had won 160 on a fire joker and was playing with free spins, well, according to their site, can't withdraw more than 100 as a result of winning on free spins. So my 1023 withdrawal request was cancelled. I then made a second request in the amount 798, waited a fair amount of time again. It too was cancelled by them and all winnings were confiscated, except 100. So I requested my transactions as they were not available on the site coincidentally, After reviewing the transactions, I found where I had won the 160 although it did not appear to be on free spins. My balance of 279.63 was not what they reset to, which was the balance before the win. As many have said, you can't control the outcome of the games, but was penalized for winning a pot, money confiscated and overall, to be fair they could have returned the funds to my account, they did not. Can't say I would recommend the casino as you may encounter the same trap I did...

The sign up is quick and easy. There are loads of email offers and they are usually quite good. The games are quick loading and there is a good variety.

The customer service provided is absolutely shocking. It took me 2 months to receive my withdrawal. I was told I didn’t need to be verified and then I was asked for more and more info and documents. Then out of the blue the paid me after not getting back to my many emails. Absolutely shocking! This has happened on a couple of genesis sites and makes me question why they unnecessarily delay payments.

They have lots of payment methods so it’s super convenient for me. I also like how they have games from the top gaming software. Other than that, I got nothing else to add for pros.

The site takes forever to load. This happened to me before with another casino and I know it’s not my internet connection because I open other sites and they don’t lag as much as this casino. Very disappointing, nothing special about their games either. I’ve played in better casinos than this one.

i always love playing slots games and Pelaa casino site has many slots games to play with. i always play book of the dead because my chances of winning is good. There is also ramses book and game of thrones that i also like.

Good thing i live in Estonia for work right now. but i cannot play games in this site if i come home to Denmark because somehow games do not work and also same thing when i go to Sweden to visit some friends if we want to play together. i hope this can be fixed so i can play anywhere. Also even though i win most time in book of dead i lose most times in other games especially in dragons luck. I mean it is call that but i have no luck in winning its like false advertisement. I also do not like that i have to wait 3-5 days when i want to transfer my winnings in my bank account. Why take so long? I hope this can be fix also. Lastly i wish you have more tv slots games like walking dead or something like that. I play games that have tv slots games in other casinos but why do you not have that.
