Several years ago, I joined PP for their sportsbook. I also played their casino games, specifically roulette. I lost around 3000 thousand pounds playing on the same table. I left the room and returned within 30 seconds to discover that the numbers generated had all changed, all 14 or so. Strange I thought, as I just played for over 40 odd spins and the numbers had completely changed. I called into PP customer services, explaining what took place, at fist they denied it. After I insisted, did they acknowledge that they were aware of an issue! Consequently, I closed my account in protest.
