Account Suspended 10 Days Ago, Still Locked

OK so I had a Pp cash card plus with £41 credit loaded and subsequently lost it. Pp then blocked it and sent a new one. For 8 days I was told when the new card arrives, register it, and the balance will transfer from The old to the new. Waited 8 days for card to arrive and registered it, logged into the cash card portal where u view balance and nothing has transfered.

Instead, its showing the old card with 41 GBP credit, and the new one with 0.00. Went on live chat to say that what they said would happen did not and asked for someone to please sort out this issue.

I am told that the payments team have received your request to transfer the balance -(i'd asked them before the card arrive back on the friday last week) and that I, having waited 8 days for the card, and 3 days for payment team to get Bk to me just acknowledging they received my request, I was told to simply wait once more for an "undetermined timeframe" for the payment team to do something.

The chat agent closed the chat. Then I called the number which, on the site, states is their cust service no. that, when I rang last week, was just that but today, before the woman rudely hung up on me citing she has paying customers in the line wanting to place bets, in told its now a Tel. bet. line only.

Here is Ths two cards, as you see the first is blocked but shows a balance of £41, the other is the new, showing 0.00. In the portal itself there is no option to transfer funds and having spoke to the card distributor and owner, EML, they tell me its something only Paddy Power can do.

Chat agents disconnecting, phone agents hanging up on me and for what...? For simply asking them please give me what is mine. Its disgraceful business practice!

I won £17,000 on my games account, I tried to withdraw this.
I was asked for multiple documents to confirm my identity which I sent a number of different documents including my passport.

Then I recieved a email stating my account had been closed on business grounds and no payments would be made to myself from my account winnings.

I have sent a number of emails but get the same automated response and no one can tell me why my account has been closed and why my winnings won’t be paid.

I have been a member of Paddy Power for a number of years and have always paid into and played on my account in the same way for many years without a problem and was also lucky enough to win a £39,000 jackpot last year which was paid out no problem.I have or had always remained loyal to paddy power depositing many thousands and withdrawing without any gripes whatsoever then recently i tried to log in and my account was suspended with no reason given and contacted live help who said it was with the security team but still no reason given.I was then asked to provide certain items of i.d which i did but also asked to provide my Ukash vouchers which i had deposited with(this is a breach of Ukash security t&cs)still no reason for these requests and as my vouchers were used i no longer had them as i had thrown them away.I explained all this and asked what i had done wrong but offered no explanation or given any case to answer or defend myself.Paddy Power have closed my account totally offering no explanation whatsoever despite me being VIP and being a daily player and playing and depositing in the same manner i have done for many years and left me worried i have unknowingly done something seriously wrong.Is that how you treat loyal customers???so they live in fear of a knock at the door for some reason that is unknown to me.
