I'd steer clear of this casino if you're looking for value. I've been a long term customer and was spending a few hundred $$$ with them each week. I'm Australian and play via bitcoin because it's the easiest way to deposit/withdraw. 1 week I pointed out to them that I'd deposited $295 AUD via bitcoin and that it was unfair not to give me a cash back seeing as the min to get it was $162.30 AUD.
I was advised of their stupid min pay table that has bitcoin deposits over $400 AUD to qualify for the same cash back. I demonstrated how unfair this was, but they didn't care.
The other day I asked for 20 free spins after a deposit and loss and mentioned how much I'd spent and had basically no withdrawals, and again they didn't care so I closed the account. Other sites could not believe it when I described the scenario to them and were more than happy to reward loyal regular customers.
Play here if you want but you will be wasting your money compared to what other casinos are willing to offer... I wish I'd shopped around earlier so my advice is to steer clear, this casino has no idea of how to operate....

Seems that Oshi no longer allows withdrawal via visa card to Australian customers. Never had issues until recently. Was given no notice & the main problem now for me, is cashouts restricted to bank transfer which has minimum of $500 AUD or bitcoin which I don't quite understand as yet & I'm not alone there.

Well I will start somewhere. Over $300 in deposits, impossible to receive a scatter, get one and the payout was extremely low and horrible, under 3 dollars, even though their RTP said 98/104%, it was never close to anything posted for that game, they will not give a cash bonus, for the amount I spent, they offered 20 free spins on a game that was a zero payout.
Finally cashed out $80, they got that back with more losing games, then they came up with this bogus delay saying the credit card submitted must have the first 6 and last 4 blocked, on their site is says the 6 middle must be blocked, see the attached.
When I started to have some good payouts, the games crashed and that did not happen once, but on other games.
Checked online and found they are Black listed on some sites!

Oshi failed to automatically deliver First Deposit Free Spins three times. They were insufficiently compensated by manually adding inferior "Welcome Free Spins".
I was told in a Chat that technically the proper spins could not be added. Yeah, right. Only after a formal complaint, it became possible - surprise, surprise. Sadly, I lost my trust, so there will not be a second deposit.

Oshi offers an incredible selection of games. Not all games are available to players from all countries. The filtering of games by type, theme, RTP, provider, and other criterion is the best I've seen at any online casino. For personal reason and privacy, I ALWAYS play while connected to a VPN and only deposit via BTC. The casino does not have a problem with this as long as you are not a fraudster or open multiple accounts. If you are on the up and up with them--they are the same with you.
The owner is a good guy and runs and honest business. I have corresponded with him via email a few times. They offer a daily reload bonus if you choose to take it. It is usually a match of 10-20% plus 15-25 free spins. You won't know what the spins are until you deposit. Sometimes you get to use them on Betsoft games and can easily end up with 10-12 mbtc with some good luck.
More often the spins are of extremely low value on BGaming games with 9 or 10 lines and it is unlikely you will get more than a fraction of an mbtc on those. I don't shop for bonuses though. I would often rather play without a bonus unrestricted.

Chat support is often understaffed and it can take 20 or 30 minutes to ask a simple question. Also, if you use the daily bonus code there are often technical glitches that cause you not to receive your match bonus or spins or both. For awhile, they seemed to have corrected this issue but lately, I get the spins but not the match bonus. I brought that to the attention of a chat agent last night and it took her 25 minutes after waiting nearly 10 in queue. She did not check back in with me for 15 mins. Finally she said "check again" and I said well I was going to deposit so I did. I got the cheesy spins but now 14% match bonus. But honestly, what is 14% going to do for you anyway. Made my 1st deposit of 200AUD, only got $125 as a bonus when clearly the bonus page says :
