I know that in Oshi there is a rule that withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. That’s why I deposited via Skrill and also requested my withdrawal with Skrill. First, I was kept waiting for one day, then my withdrawal was canceled, and they told me use bank transfer instead. It has already been 2 days, and I am still waiting. The support team only replies with copy-paste answers, which is very frustrating.

Hello, I received the money. You can close the case. But in my opinion, this does not mean the issue is resolved. Because this is not my first experience with this casino. I am an old customer. And for these reasons, I had already taken a break for 7–8 months. Later, last week I made a deposit. I tried to withdraw money, and when it was processed within 5 minutes, I thought, “Okay, they have fixed things. I can continue with this casino.” However, I saw that nothing has been fixed. In fact, everything has gotten worse. So, it is absolutely impossible to continue this way. In my view, nothing has been solved. Yes, I received my money. But I don’t know how I will get over the process I had to go through. In the end, the money arrived, but that’s all.

Look and see how kind of a service it is, the casino replied above here telling everything is approved and just waiting the payment, but there support agent saying still checking , just see what I am facing it
