Hello, I am trying to withdrawal after i won, I been waiting since 28.10.25. And its still on pending, when i ask support what is happening they are not saying anything and just say I must wait. They also claim that it take 24 hours to the withdrawals to be finished reviewed.

There are 2 withdrawals

1 on 23,510 Nok

2 on 40,000Nok

My account is fully verified and its very disturbing to wait so long when they claim to only take 24 hours

Your initial withdrawal requests were made to your card, and the error that occurred — “No provider found” — was not related to any block or refusal from the casino side. It was a technical issue on the payment provider’s side, meaning that no suitable payment route was available at that moment.

Both of your latest withdrawal requests made via IBAN have now been approved and processed successfully, and the funds should reach your account shortly.
