If you spend money here, it will be a stupid idea. They never respect customers. I played and made huge deposits. But when I asked for little bonus they always refused and promised to consider next time. But next time when I make deposit again they said, there are no rooms! Other sites always gives bonus when I make same amount or less, but they always deny. I will not deposit here again and I am higly discouraging to spend your money.

I think it's interesting that they have a lot of impressive geames on their site. Not to mention, I actually like their game providers. NordicBet is actually a decent choice but not the best.

I thought it was a great choice until I realized thet they have limited bonuses on their site. Not that I'm chasing for bonuses but when I play, I really stick to just one site and I would like to be rewarded for my loyalty with a few bonuses from time to time. It's actually a little disappointing.

They have many games and providers. Its really hard to find anything positive about this site. They do a lot of things wrong and I don't think they will survive

I have played on this site for years. I guess I'm one of the VIP guys because I play a lot. But last two years something have changed.
I don't get same service as I used to and the personal bonus system is just pure garbage.

If u play more than average stay away from this casino. The customer service is 1/10. They talk and act like bots. I think this casino will close soon. I say this because they don't give anything extra for a highroller. I will never play on this casino again.

Only thing that will make me come back here is the good support, the guy named "Max" should really be rewarded, after a long verification process he finally helped me and speeded up my whitdraw. Also was really nice and kind, only thing i like about this site right now. Guess they did not loose me yet, will try to play some more here and see if it all get better after my account is verified.

Verification problem was truly hard and made me really upset, I had to send the same document 4 times until it got confirmed. If not for two of the support guys I would really have not come back to play here more.

Support seems nice but doesn't do alot. Alot of games. Different payment options. Nice layout like their sister sites. But not much nice to say when the main thing cashing out seems like taking forever.

4 days ongoing account verification, and withdraw. Documents not good enough for them when their sister sites betsson and norgesautomaten accepted my documents instantly. Probably just wasting my time to get med to cancel my withdraw.

This site is scamming the users, I just got hit with rule 12.1. After alot of research I found that alot of players have been hit with the same false accusation. There has been none in my household who have played on their site, either on my IP cause I just switched my internet provider and all the equipment. Neither have I had a account on their site before this aswell.

They took around 10.000 Swedish Crowns from me and won¨t tell me the reason for this only reffering to the 12.1 rule wich is absolut bullshit. They are obviously up to some dodgy business and i will never play on their site again.

Another great Scandi site. Scandinavians love to bet online and there are no scam sites in this country. All payment systems are available and also the bonus is simple. Easy Reg. and great slotties. I can recommend this site.

Last Sunday I deposited some money to Nordicbet and started to play a weekend tournament provided by Yggdrasil. The tournament had a 3000€ prize pool with 1000€ up top to the player who managed to get the highest coin win. About an hour in I hit 5 bonus symbols that was worth 10 000 coins + the bonus (from which I only won 200 coins ). The leader in the tournament at that point only had a 6000 coin win, so I obviously got excited and waited for the tournament leader board to get updated.
After about 10 minutes my score was still unimproved so I decided to contact the live chat. The guy in live support took a look at the spin and told me that since there were only 3 hours left of the tournament, that I should just wait to the end of the tournament, and that my score would most probably get updated by then.

This never happened so I contacted the live support again. This time they took a look at the spin again and told me they had to contact the game provider (Yggdrasil) to get this sorted. After about 1 day they got back to me and told me that Yggdrasil doesn't count wins from the bonus game towards the tournament leader board, but because they had failed to mention that in the terms and conditions, Nordicbet granted me the 1000€ as a goodwill gesture.
I've played on a lot of casino sites and I have feeling that not many sites would have paid me if a similar incident occurred.

I also want to mention that I've been playing on Nordicbet on and off for about 10 years and never once have I had a problem with them. So big kudos to Nordicbet and I warmly recommend this casino site for everybody.
