These guys advertise false bonus wins and when you complain they just dismiss anything you say, even when you have the offers in black and white, hiding behind the t&cs

Sent 6 forms of I’d to claim a measly win of £24 they are asking for impossible documents that I just can’t get on my phone when I tried to explain via 10 emails online chats where they just knock you off they want proof of my phone bill so I took a screenshot but that wasn’t acceptable they want my full bill on pdf I’m not that clever on a computer but they kept telling me they needed it to prove it was mine I’d already made numerous payments via this method they didn’t question it once yet try and get money off them it’s a total nightmare I couldn’t speak to a manager wasn’t allowed just repeatedly asking for stuff I think a passport and bill is enough proof of any I’d I didn’t have this much trouble to get a passport good lesson learned though won’t use again
