Mr Spin Casino - Stalling payment time and time again
I signed up to Mr Spin casino to play at their site, and on one of the deposit bonuses I was fortunate to win £1200 on the 31/10/2019. After a few months and going back and forth through email, uploading documents requested and complying with everything asked from me, I was told by Mr Spin that my winnings had been processed and sent for payment. This was now at the end of March, so already the stalling tactics are clear. I have requested previous live chat files, which I will reference throughout.

I went back onto live chat on the 21/10/2020 to chase Mr Spin up again, after being told at the end of March that it had been sent for payment upon then being told “the account did not reach our processing team” – attached document listed Mr Spin1. I was not made aware of this decision – another clear stalling tactic. I was then told by the live chat agent that the withdrawal will now be processed, and nothing more was asked of me – Mr Spin2 attached. Again, I thought this situation was done and was awaiting my withdrawal.

A few weeks had now passed, and my withdrawal still was not in my account. After emailing multiple times to no response I went back on live chat on 13/11/2020. I was then told they required more documents from me, although being told numerous times prior my account was verified, and my withdrawal has already been sent for payment – Mr Spin3 attached. I uploaded this document and was told it was verified on 17/11/2020 on live chat. I then asked when I can expect my winnings for Mr Spin to move the goalposts once more. They now require a Skype call to verify me – this live chat dialogue was not included in the Live Chat transcripts I was emailed so I am unable to reference them.
You can see throughout a clear communication between myself and Mr Spin. They have had sufficient time to verify my account via Skype. They are constantly moving and evolving their requests to drag out this whole process.

This whole situation has made me feel very stressed and very frustrated. I played at Mr Spin in good faith and have compiled numerous times with everything that has been asked of me.

I am now seeking help for this case to be resolved and my winnings rightfully paid.

Mr Spin Casino - Having troubles with refund
After I registered I spoke to a agent in chat regarding my free spins he said the game is not offered on mobile only on Pc and if I would like to change the game...I agreed and played the free spins on another game...after 2 days I made a deposit to get the 100% bonus .... made my deposit and to my surprise every game they had it said you need to downloaded the game either in Google Play or the App in IPhone... I tried on my i phone they don’t have and neither in Google play....got in contact with another agent in chat who tells me the casino is not offered in Canada......tried to login from my PC it says Password is wrong.....they took my money they accepted the registration and now I can’t play?
I asked them to credit my master debit they sent me a message you need to withdrawal the money ....it’s 9.90$
I did what they asked me went to withdraw clicked to transfer threw bank account entered the amount then it says you need to complete filling the forme....there is no forme nothing.....
I got robbed yes it’s a small amount but if it happens to other canadien players it’s a shame ....
If you need all the proofs of the chat and the way the agent treated me and at the end he closed the chat on me .
Very simple I registered I made a deposit and after they told me Casino not available in Canada...the problem is very simple they will make me go threw a big hassle for 9.90$ or I will give up.... my complain is to let you know what they did ...I got a answer that you need more details.... Nothing. Absolutely nothing. How this casino is regulated is beyond me... a UK Casino shouldn’t treat customers like this.

Only positive is one customer service was polite but the rest of my experience is terrible.

Force you to have a bonus. If you call and want it removed they refuse. No casino should do this.

Asked for a refund and it takes ages. Barriers all over with regards to getting a refund. I’d have to wait a day before I could even attempt to withdrawal it. Spoke to a lady in customer service who was extremely rude. When I asked her name she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up.

Complaints procedure is long winded and you can’t speak to a manager.

Nothing about this site to like. Total rubbish, avoid

There are none of the well known slots for a start. I went on the site to try it as there was a no deposit offer. After signing up and finding the games on offer limited and boring I went to cancel my account to find that there is no way to do that without contacting them. I chose to contact them via, the so called live chat which was either a computer or someone typing from a script! Very rude and impersonal. Would avoid this site.

Trying to get through to customer services when asked to provide more information for a withdrawal is impossible, have spent more than 2 hours waiting to get through and I've still not managed it yet, very disappointing.

After winning £30 from the no deposit spins I have to say I was very very hesitant after reading some reviews on this site that I would never actually see the winnings in my account.
Well it’s in my account this morning, thank you Mr Spin. Customer service levels have been superb and very polite, send them what they ask for and they do all they say they will and you will receive your winnings and well within there service levels mentioned.

Nothing absolute joke of a company needs to be shut down..

Everything about this game is a joke they harass you with messages then when you win off them they don't deposit the money into the bank.. customer service is horrendous DO NOT USE worse company ever
