Not paying out after 4 days and not replying to live chats

I have withdrawn my winnings multiple times before for more than this instance but that doesn’t matter, I have tried to withdraw a Meer £15 but they have ignored my live chat request and haven’t processed or payed out, I have tried to contact them during business hours but their automated system says “they’re offline”. Just wondering if I’m blocked from withdrawing.

Mr Spin Casino - Stalling payment time and time again

I signed up to Mr Spin casino to play at their site, and on one of the deposit bonuses I was fortunate to win £1200 on the 31/10/2019. After a few months and going back and forth through email, uploading documents requested and complying with everything asked from me, I was told by Mr Spin that my winnings had been processed and sent for payment. This was now at the end of March, so already the stalling tactics are clear. I have requested previous live chat files, which I will reference throughout.

I went back onto live chat on the 21/10/2020 to chase Mr Spin up again, after being told at the end of March that it had been sent for payment upon then being told “the account did not reach our processing team” – attached document listed Mr Spin1. I was not made aware of this decision – another clear stalling tactic. I was then told by the live chat agent that the withdrawal will now be processed, and nothing more was asked of me – Mr Spin2 attached. Again, I thought this situation was done and was awaiting my withdrawal.

A few weeks had now passed, and my withdrawal still was not in my account. After emailing multiple times to no response I went back on live chat on 13/11/2020. I was then told they required more documents from me, although being told numerous times prior my account was verified, and my withdrawal has already been sent for payment – Mr Spin3 attached. I uploaded this document and was told it was verified on 17/11/2020 on live chat. I then asked when I can expect my winnings for Mr Spin to move the goalposts once more. They now require a Skype call to verify me – this live chat dialogue was not included in the Live Chat transcripts I was emailed so I am unable to reference them.
You can see throughout a clear communication between myself and Mr Spin. They have had sufficient time to verify my account via Skype. They are constantly moving and evolving their requests to drag out this whole process.

This whole situation has made me feel very stressed and very frustrated. I played at Mr Spin in good faith and have compiled numerous times with everything that has been asked of me.

I am now seeking help for this case to be resolved and my winnings rightfully paid.

Mr Spin Casino - Having troubles with refund

After I registered I spoke to a agent in chat regarding my free spins he said the game is not offered on mobile only on Pc and if I would like to change the game...I agreed and played the free spins on another game...after 2 days I made a deposit to get the 100% bonus .... made my deposit and to my surprise every game they had it said you need to downloaded the game either in Google Play or the App in IPhone... I tried on my i phone they don’t have and neither in Google play....got in contact with another agent in chat who tells me the casino is not offered in Canada......tried to login from my PC it says Password is wrong.....they took my money they accepted the registration and now I can’t play?
I asked them to credit my master debit they sent me a message you need to withdrawal the money ....it’s 9.90$
I did what they asked me went to withdraw clicked to transfer threw bank account entered the amount then it says you need to complete filling the forme....there is no forme nothing.....
I got robbed yes it’s a small amount but if it happens to other canadien players it’s a shame ....
If you need all the proofs of the chat and the way the agent treated me and at the end he closed the chat on me .
Very simple I registered I made a deposit and after they told me Casino not available in Canada...the problem is very simple they will make me go threw a big hassle for 9.90$ or I will give up.... my complain is to let you know what they did ...I got a answer that you need more details.... I hope I explained my self well this time and excuse my English I’m in Quebec

Nothing. Not a thing is good about this site. They send constant texts, not very good if you have a weakness for gambling!!

Constant texts to play games but once you actually win they take it off you. Won £100 on a game, mr spin wanted all my details except a blood sample it seemed just to process this, nothing advised that it would not be the full amount being paid in. Call on Monday confirmed I would be deposited £100, today I got £50. Customer service is the worse Iv ever experienced in my life!! Bunch of crooks just looking to take peoples information and them for a ride!! Have raised with the FOC and IBAS that regulate them.

The winnings are fair and the wager requirements and extremely low compared to other sites.

Everything else about how this site works, I met my wager requirements and wanted to withdraw my winnings, I received a text a couple days later asking me to contact customer support to discuss my account. The banking team had decided to not release my funds as they thought I was exploiting the company for their bonuses as I referred people (the whole point in why the bonuses are there) but they thought it was me using different numbers. After this they then decided to fob me off with a £2 bonus on a new game, what I don’t understand about this is that they are not able to confirm it’s me playing on my number, yet they will offer me extra bonuses. You’d expect my account to be shut down, not for them to further exploit me and expect me to still deposit and play using this disgraceful site.

I’d suggest to play, yet don’t fall for them trying to mug you off without releasing your funds!

Nothing at all hence why I didn't want to play and wanted my account removed because of the constant texts.

Joined Mr spin once on signup for a try wasn't fussed so didn't play again. I then kept getting texts so emailed them and asked them to remove my account and number, they have now exuded me from all there sites for 6 months which I did not ask for as i contact Mr spin direct not the whole load of sister sites one which I do enjoy playing on!
Now they wont reverse it, even though it was there mistake for not being clear in the first place that it would cover all sister sites poor I will take my money elsewhere along with my friends and family who use your sister service, I will not be back in 6 months! Your loss!
If they cant follow a simple request then I wouldn't trust them with my money ever again!

This site is fantastic, definitely one of the best! The games are very easy to play & are very fair. The customer service is exceptional too, whenever I have had any problems which is rarely they have always been so professional & efficient at sorting it. When you do deposit then you are given lots of small generous thank you bonuses aswell as a bonus for initially topping up & when you withdraw there is never a problem in receiving your winnings at all.

There are finally lots of facebook competitions to enter too where you can win credit & even prizes sometimes that is very fair too I've won a handful of times myself. Love this site & I would definitely 100% recommend to all!

Mr Spin, is an awesome site to play slot based games.
The customer service team is number 1, always willing to help.
I had a £800 win and it was processed extremely fast and put into my PayPal

1 thing I would change and that is the ability to lock your withdrawals.

I like the variety of games provided on Mr Spin Casino! They're great fun to play and an excellent way to pass some free time. And hopefully pocket yourself some winnings in the process!

I dont like how long it takes between requesting a withdrawal and the withdrawal actually being processed. The 'withdrawal times' can sometimes be longer than stated due to this 'processing time'.

Very fun and exciting games really fair too. Also loads of bonuses and competitions on the Facebook site. Really helpful and friendly admins, definitely recommend this site.

Only thing I would change is the length of time you are able to reverse your withdrawal winnings, other than that brilliant site.
