The winnings are fair and the wager requirements and extremely low compared to other sites.
Everything else about how this site works, I met my wager requirements and wanted to withdraw my winnings, I received a text a couple days later asking me to contact customer support to discuss my account. The banking team had decided to not release my funds as they thought I was exploiting the company for their bonuses as I referred people (the whole point in why the bonuses are there) but they thought it was me using different numbers. After this they then decided to fob me off with a £2 bonus on a new game, what I don’t understand about this is that they are not able to confirm it’s me playing on my number, yet they will offer me extra bonuses. You’d expect my account to be shut down, not for them to further exploit me and expect me to still deposit and play using this disgraceful site.
I’d suggest to play, yet don’t fall for them trying to mug you off without releasing your funds!

Nothing at all hence why I didn't want to play and wanted my account removed because of the constant texts.
Joined Mr spin once on signup for a try wasn't fussed so didn't play again. I then kept getting texts so emailed them and asked them to remove my account and number, they have now exuded me from all there sites for 6 months which I did not ask for as i contact Mr spin direct not the whole load of sister sites one which I do enjoy playing on!
Now they wont reverse it, even though it was there mistake for not being clear in the first place that it would cover all sister sites poor I will take my money elsewhere along with my friends and family who use your sister service, I will not be back in 6 months! Your loss!

This site is fantastic, definitely one of the best! The games are very easy to play & are very fair. I dont like how long it takes between requesting a withdrawal and the withdrawal actually being processed. The 'withdrawal times' can sometimes be longer than stated due to this 'processing time'.

Constant texts to play games but once you actually win they take it off you. Won £100 on a game, mr spin wanted all my details except a blood sample it seemed just to process this, nothing advised that it would not be the full amount being paid in. Call on Monday confirmed I would be deposited £100, today I got £50. Customer service is the worse Iv ever experienced in my life!! Bunch of crooks just looking to take peoples information and them for a ride!! Have raised with the FOC and IBAS that regulate them.
