Mr Spin Casino - Having troubles with refund
After I registered I spoke to a agent in chat regarding my free spins he said the game is not offered on mobile only on Pc and if I would like to change the game...I agreed and played the free spins on another game...after 2 days I made a deposit to get the 100% bonus .... made my deposit and to my surprise every game they had it said you need to downloaded the game either in Google Play or the App in IPhone... I tried on my i phone they don’t have and neither in Google play....got in contact with another agent in chat who tells me the casino is not offered in Canada......tried to login from my PC it says Password is wrong.....they took my money they accepted the registration and now I can’t play?
I asked them to credit my master debit they sent me a message you need to withdrawal the money ....it’s 9.90$
I did what they asked me went to withdraw clicked to transfer threw bank account entered the amount then it says you need to complete filling the forme....there is no forme nothing.....
I got robbed yes it’s a small amount but if it happens to other canadien players it’s a shame ....
If you need all the proofs of the chat and the way the agent treated me and at the end he closed the chat on me .
