I have a few months long experience with Lucky Spins casino and most of it was unpleasant, to be completely honest. At some point I was really considering to filing a complaint against them. They are powered by Real Time Gaming software and offers a 24/7 live chat assistance.
I am quite lucky when it comes to wagering RTG bonuses, so a few months ago when I saw that Lucky Spins offered a 20$ no deposit bonus (they still offer it) with high wager of 60 x and max cashout 100$ I was really interested in the offer. I played only Aladdin Wishes slot that quite often can bring incredible winnings. After a few hours of playing I managed to clear wagering and had 90$ to withdraw. I spoke with support and they told me everything I need to send them in order to withdraw. The next day I had sent all documents and received email that they were approved. I then made a minimum deposit with my card because at that time they didn't offer any ewallet. I withdrew to my card and since they have 48 hour pending period just waited. I didn't get any email and it was still pending after 76 hours, so I spoke with support. They were quite unprofessional and rude, I got disconnected many times and all I heard was: Come here later, send us an email, just wait. I even had many screenshots that proved their unprofessionalism.
At the end, I received my withdrawal to Neteller. but it was just because the last time I spoke with support, I was connected to a manager. Overall I waited more than a month to receive my rightful winnings.

Another new casino from Real Time Gaming software launched this year with Cyprus license, which I am not that familiar, so don’t know should I trust them or not. I saw this casino maybe few weeks ago and me being former fan of Real Time Gaming slots I visit the casino, so I could see what they offer, of course if they offered free chip I would be more then interested to try their new casino.
