So. I won 100USD with a bonus. I went over the wager requirement and wanted to withdraw my money. So, i had to deposit 25USD to be able to withdraw via VISA (a verification procedure i quess). I requested the withdraw, and started waiting to get the money (they say it takes something like a few days) I sent my documents, they answered me back "we will contact you after verification", they never did, even though i've spoken with their representive in the chat box, and he told me it was verified. So, i've been now waiting for my money for over 3 and a half months, contacting their chat representive many many times, always getting the same answer "yes you will be paid in 48 hours" or "you will be paid in 72 hours" etc.. As of like a month ago, they started making excuses like "we've been facing technical issues with our 3rd party payment processor. They also never respond to email, which the chat representive often asks to contact. Also, i can't call them, beause i live in Finland and it would be super expensive. I'm really tiredof fighting with this casino, and i just want to get my winnings + my own money back (the 25USD i deposited to be able to withdraw). The total withdraw amount is 125USD.

I have been waiting since Sept. 27 for payment. No answer to emails. I was told over and over again I would receive it last week, the week before. NOTHING. I have a $400 withdrawal still pending after several weeks and I haven't heard back from the casino after several email attempts trying to confirm they have all my required documents. I have been waiting for over a month for payment on my second withdrawal. Almost a month on the third. They tell me it is sent. Then they tell me they are having problems with the processor. Then they say it was sent again. then they say wait a week. The option to withdraw was bank wire. no bank wire. It has to go to UPAY card. Then I said the fees are so high here. Then they said they can send back to my credit card. Now I don't know what is going on. I am afraid if I sent this they will not send anything. But I never get any answers to my emails. I won money at Lucky spins casino back on 7/31. Submitted my docs and got approved. As of today, I have still not been paid, Emailed customer service so many times, i can't even remember. Got mostly ingnored and then when they did reply, keep telling me my withdrawal was proccessed and I would get it soon. Nothing happened so I tried live chat only to be told the same things. Told me they had a new proccesor and it would be further delayed. Then, I emailed again on 9/8 and this is what they told me,"Your winnings will be given to you in your card, we have already processed that to your card however we have just started that method so money will take approx 10 days to hit your account" This is now 9/26, it still shows "pending" since 9/9 on their site and no one will respond to any more emails.
