Lucky Spins Casino - Non payment of $234.00

On Aug 8/2015 I won $234.00 in slots. I requested a withdrawal and sent all the required documents. After waiting the maximum payout period, I started to inquire about the status of my pay. That's when I got all kinds of excuses. It is obvious they do not intend to pay.

This casino has no intention to pay its players, nobody answers the phone, live chat agent Scott (the same person for 24hrs?) is number one charlatan, just gives excuses. I checked all the other complaints they all the same, most importantly no feedback from them. Lucky Spin casino is a fraud, should be blacklisted.

The complaint has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.

No results yet, however I did chat with their agent Scott few times, first time I was told I'll receive an email today and be paid max in two days, second time the matter was supposed to raise to finance dept. and the last one on Friday Oct 9, where he told me I'll be paid definitely on Monday. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Lucky Spins Casino - Stalling my payment for months, worst customer support ever
I won money at Lucky spins casino back on 7/31. Submitted my docs and got approved. As of today, I have still not been paid, Emailed customer service so many times, i can't even remember. Got mostly ingnored and then when they did reply, keep telling me my withdrawal was proccessed and I would get it soon. Nothing happened so I tried live chat only to be told the same things. Told me they had a new proccesor and it would be further delayed. Then, I emailed again on 9/8 and this is what they told me,"Your winnings will be given to you in your card, we have already processed that to your card however we have just started that method so money will take approx 10 days to hit your account" This is now 9/26, it still shows "pending" since 9/9 on their site and no one will respond to any more emails. I will NEVER play here again, I just want the money I won fair and square. This is the worst customer service, and I use the term loosley, that I have ever encountered. They have done nothing but lie to me and continue to ignore me. I sent 2 more emails on 9/25 and of course, no reply.After many, many tries, I got this reply Hello Debbie, You need to wait 3 more working days and i am ensuring you that you will get your moeny with a free chip with no max cash out as we promised you. Scott Lucky spins Casino That was on 10/2. Still nothing. They just keep saying 10 more days, 3 more days, 48 hrs, it just goes on and on... I am so tired of this whole ordeal and just want my money. If anyone know what else I can do or lend a hand, let me know!
